Description of Work: Repaired an under counter KitchenAid ice maker. Mitch replaced a valve controlling water flow to the maker and fixed the door to the machine that had been damaged. Mitch is extremely knowledgable and does his research in order to give you the best repair at the lowest possible cost. I could not have been more pleased with the service.

Description of Work: The refrigerator part of my fridge/freezer was not working. I cleaned all the coils but that didn't fix it. I called Gravette based on the scores from Angie's List. He responded promptly to my call and came the next morning. Told me what was wrong (electronic control), told me the price and he had the part in his truck. He made sure everything else was working in the freezer by defrosting it and we used towels to minimize the water on the floor. It's been working fine ever since. He then noticed my dishwasher was the type that had a recall and asked if I'd gotten it fixed. I tend to ignore mail that has warranty requests so may have tossed a notice about the dishwasher. He took down the model and serial number, looked it up, called the manufacturer to see if it had been fixed and it hadn't. So he came out the next day and fixed that.....free for me!! Very professtional, responsive and reasonable. Will definitely call Gravett again if I need anything.
