+ -1 moreThey were in a hurry, sloppy, careless and we're having do redo everything these guys did, unfortunately. They simply didn't care about quality, just wanted to slam through the installation and put the wrong finish on the floor as well. We had to have it completely resanded, restained and I wish we could have afforded to have it all pulled up and reinstalled, unfortunately that was not an option. DO NOT trust these guys, there are other out there better and who care enough to do this right.
Description of Work: Reallllly bad experience. Sloppy hardwood floor installation. They tried to be fast, not good. AND, they stained the floors with the wrong color using the wrong technique and we had to have everything completely redone by a new company. Delozier said he'd been in business since 1936 but I don't know how. This was the most unprofessional, sloppy, disgusting subcontractor I've ever experienced. PLEASE do not use them, they are cheap but there is a reason, they don't know what they're doing. It costs a lot more to get it right so just spend a bit extra and do it right the first time.
