The speed and ease with which he solved my issue was rather impressive and even though the process took time it didn't feel like I was waiting on him to finish at all. My ssd ran out of room and it caused my computer to blue screen so he copied my drive onto my other hard drive and rebooted windows to get the job done. Now, while most technicians would have stopped there he actually diagnosed an overheating issue with my cpu at no extra charge. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I fully trust the people that work here with my computer.
