He doesn't tape off edges when painting, and he doesn't cover surfaces around the areas he is painting. We had paint spatter on our new bathtub, new kitchen cabinets and the home's exterior brick. The window installation was horrible. The original windows fit just fine. However, for the new windows, instead of admitting he ordered the wrong size windows, he said our house was built wrong. His help is a rotating door. True, he is a contractor, but he will always have a new helper in your home working on the same job. They quit on him. I caught him covering up wood rot by painting over it, instead of just replacing the board. It was at this point I wanted to fire him, but he was in the middle of my kitchen remodel. It was to the studs and I couldn't afford the time it would take to hire another contractor. Fast forward one year later. Yesterday, while cleaning out my gutters, I noticed guttering was covering up a section of missing fascia in an area he performed roof repairs. I could see directly into the attic. Instead of installing a 6 foot piece of fascia, he decided to cover it up with guttering. I wasn't going to bother writing a review over this guy, but after yesterday, I can't stay quiet anymore. Stay away from Fix Co.
