Very courteous and professional in all regards. Very good in service and followup after the sale. Certainly want the customer to be satisfied and become regular customers.

1. On March 12, 2010 we ordered an above ground pool from Mr.Tim Armstrong of Fiesta Pool and Spas, and left a requested $1000.00 check deposit with Mr. Armstrong. At that time, we were advised it would be 4 to 6 weeks before the pool could be installed. The check was deposited 3/19/2010 and funds withdrawn 3/22/2010. 2. On 3/30/2010, Mr. Armstrong called my home and said "they are ready to go" and that I needed to pay the balance of my pool purchase ($6373.22) so "they could release the pool". The balance was charged to my credit card 3/31/2010. 3. On April 24, 2010, I advised Mr. Armstrong that due to unanticipated events I would have to cancel my pool purchase.At that time, Mr. Armstrong apprised that the cancellation would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We had never been apprised of this information before. Though I told Mr. Armstrong we were never made aware of this charge, I volunteered that 15% seemed unreasonably high....but Fiesta should be compensated to some degree for their trouble. Mr. Armstrong then stated he "would talk to the owner to see if an accommodation could be made to offset" the stated "restocking fee." 4. On 4/27/2010 I called Mr Armstrong to see if he had a chance to speak to the owner. His response was that the owner was in Dallas and he hadn't had a chance to speak to him. 5. Called back on 5/4/2010 to speak to Mr Armstrong. He had advised that the owner still hadn't come in. He could, however, refund our deposit minus the 15% surcharge and speak to the owner about an additional adjustment when he returned. I thanked Mr. Armstrong and ensured he had all of our information so he could issue a check. He replied in the affirmative. 6. As of May 12, 2010, we have yet to hear anything back, or receive any refund from Mr. Armstrong, "the owner", or any other representative of Fiesta Pools and Spas.

Last year and this year the cover which they store for us was not repaired as they were asked and said they would do. We still have not paid them for the closing this year, and they are not responding nor rectifying the problem. Also, during both years the pool was not cleaned adequately at opening.
Description of Work: Fiesta has opened and closed our pool for the last two years.

THEIR WORK WAS GOOD BUT THEIR SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO WAIT WEEKS AFTER THE SCHEDULED TIME FOR THEM TO COME DOWN. THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN CAME DOWN IF I HAD NOT CALLED THEM PLENTY TIMES THAT DAY TO BUG THEM AND LET THEM KNOW I WAS MAD.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE INSTALLING A POOL OR SPA. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB.
