Great as always!

It was a sub standard alarm company with substandard work . The quality of equipment I could have bought myself at Home Depot . The wall had a hole the tech didn't even sweep up . I ended up canceling and had them pull it out . Wen with another company . A national one with a blue sign to be exact . If I'm gonna pay that kind of money I want the best and Falco could not provide that . I also read that their monitoring center later was a rinky d*** hole in the wall . That's not who I want protecting my family and possessions .

We haven't had any problem with their services. Their response time is good.

I called Falco twice for an estimate for a home alarm system. My first call was to set an appointment for an estimate to install the system. When they didn't call me back - i gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them again. This time they told me that the hadn't had an opportunity to schedule the appointment (it was well over a week since my first telephone call). The man on the other end of the line @ Falco seemed to be agitated that i would dare call them to remind them about setting an appointment. Falco never called me to set up the appointment. I had my security system installed by ADT and have been extremely satisified with their monitoring AND their installation AND maintenance of the system. Shameful that I couldn't have used a local company to spend my dollars.

I am very happy with their services. They are always, polite, quick to respond, and helpful. I also like the fact that they monitor locally.

EVER SINCE THIS COMPANY PUT IN OUR ALARM SYSTEM, I FEEL SO MUCH SAFER AT NIGHT. SOMETIMES LITTLE THINGS LIKE ANIMALS SET IT OFF BUT SINCE THEY SPENT SO MUCH OF THEIR TIME EXPLAINING TO ME HOW IT WORKS, I CAN EASILY FIGURE OUT HOW TO SHUT IT OFF.

I WAS NOT AT HOME WHEN THEY INSTALLED MY ALARM SYSTEM, BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS ALARM SYSTEM. IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY INSTALLED MY ALARM.

THEY HAD BEEN VERY HELPFUL WHILE I WAS ASKING ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY HAD VERY SENSIBLE PRICES FOR ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE AND CAME OUT SHORTLY TO INSTALL MY SYSTEM.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT SHOWING US HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM AND WHAT TO DO IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT RESPONDING TO OUR NEEDS WHEN THEY ARISE ALSO.
