Environmental Coating and Lining Solutions

We had a water line bust during a hard freeze in Feb 2011. The insurance claim included coating of the downstairs in-floor air ducts. We chose ECLS over 2 other competitors. The bottom of our vents had corroded away, so they faced a challenge in waiting until the bottom was dry enough to coat. After many false starts (not their fault), they were able to complete the job in May. Their communication, and the process itself, went fine. They promised that after the first coat had cured they would come back to inspect the job and likely apply a second coat, or at least do some touch up. We never heard back from them. Two months later we had a baby and my follow up failed. There are now issues around some of the vents where I can see the coating giving away. I have no idea what it looks like down in the duct work. Summary; Good work, poor follow up (post payment).
