+ -1 moreLet's just say I don't think the deal would have closed with any other agent. We purchased a HUD home, and it had some major paperwork problems. Dynette monitored and followed up with the parties processing the paperwork.
Description of Work: Dynette works very hard to help locate properties of interest and consistently followed up with other service providers to be sure that we always new the status of our transaction.
