They were hard to get on the phone, and it took me several attempts, but once I was able to speak with someone, it went really well. They were courteous and professional and did a great job.

Drywall Specialists were quick to come out and give us an estimate. When we hired them, they had someone here within two days to get the job done. He was very professional and courteous, and worked quickly. The walls were smooth and ready to paint when he left the next day. We were very pleased with the results, and were able to finish the job on time. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again in a minute.

I called and talked to someone at the office. They said someone would come out and measure and discuss the project with me. They were very prompt and quick. Everything they said would be done was done in a timely and good manner. Follow up was great and the work was performed as promised.

It was good work but they had a lot of trouble with scheduling/overbooking. Once they got here and did the work, it was professional and the guys were friendly.

Our living room is a large room with a 14 foot vaulted ceiling. It had popcorn on it along with three fake beams running the length of the room. Also, there were no light fixtures in the ceiling so we had to rely on lamps in the room for all the lighting. We wanted to remove the popcorn from the ceiling as well as remove those beams and change the ceiling profile to allow us to add more lighting and modernize the overall look. Jason was the project manager; he came out and provided an estimate and then coordinated the various specialists who came to do the work. Jason estimated the entire job would take a week and a half and it took exactly that long. The work was done to our satisfaction and looks really good. The guy who did the texturing matched the other walls in the house exactly. They did all the work without getting any other parts of the house dusty which, to me, is amazing.

Drywall Repair Specialists, Inc. looked to be just the service we needed--we needed skimcoating, popcorn ceiling removal and miscellaneous drywall repair work done in our living room and dining room. Their website was top-notch and it looked like we were really on the scent of some true pros. My husband called and left messages repeatedly, but nearly a week went by before we got a call back. When they finally called us back, they said they had been out of town. A tiny warning bell sounded in our heads. We thought that an organization of the caliber they appeared to be would be checking messages and returning calls, if not having an office staff. But the person on the phone was so congenial on the phone that we pushed aside our hesitation and set up a time for them to come to the house. They agreed to come out and give us a bid on Friday of the following week, around 4 pm. Friday at 4 came and went. We gave them half an hour and then called to see if they were coming. There was no answer. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured there must have been some mix-up, so we left a message about setting up another time. We were actually still willing to consider using them because their website was so impressive! They never showed up and we never heard from them again. I would give them an A on their website, but we have no choice but to give them an F for professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality.

Drywall Repair was very meticulous and professional. They made sure to keep everything clean.

There was a lot of back and forth on getting them scheduled to come out. Because the mud has to dry and be sanded and what not, it is a multiple day project, even if they just work a few hours each day. This was hard for me to schedule from a work standpoint, but once we got our schedules synced up it went smoothly. The installer will normally furnish the paint after matching it with a sample from the replaced section, but I had some leftover paint. It has been 18 months and I do not notice where the drywall was replaced. I will call them again if I have a big drywall project.

Punctual, professional. Very conscientious of dust and cleaned well at the end of each day. Finished wall looked great and wouldn't hesitate to use again or to recommend to friends and family.
