+ -1 moreThe easiest part of our master bath remodel, by far. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Zero drama or excuses. Good communication from them about timelines. Their workers showed up as scheduled, were pleasant to deal with, did quality work and were finished even more quickly than they promised. We also received specific instructions on how soon the adhesive would take to cure and when we could start using the shower. Very pleased with the end result, as well as the ease of working with this company.

Description of Work: Replaced shower door and installed 4 large mirrors. Everything went as planned. Nice installation, pleasent installer. Their showroom is not impressive, so you may have to shop around first. Their price was significantly lower than the stores with the big showrooms.

+ -1 moreI had the shower in my master bathroom replaced and wanted to enclose it with glass and a glass door. Because of the shower design, it was impossible to buy a glass enclosure and quot;off the shelf.and quot; I asked three glass companies to come to my home, measure the enclosure area, and provide estimates. Bruce, at Don Tracy Glass, was the most professional and knowledgeable person who provided an estimate. When all estimates were in, Don Tracy Glass was not the lowest priced. But, we felt the know-how and professionalism was worth the extra money -- and it was. Lorie did a great job of keeping us informed of when the glass would be delivered, and worked with us to set a time at our convenience for installation. Bruce and his helper installed the glass and it looks wonderful! So glad we chose Don Tracy Glass.

Description of Work: Called them to come out to give an estimate to replace some broken skylights and window glass after a hail storm. They came out when they said they would but never gave me an estimate or called me to let me know they were not interested or even suggest another company that might want the job. Go figure, I guess they have all of the business that they want. I even called them back a few weeks later and they said they would check to see what happened and call me back....I am still waiting.

+ -1 moreEverything went according to schedule. We called and went by several glass houses. I had use Don Tracy before and was very pleased to use them again. Bruce was on time for the estimate and the installation. The door looks great and the quality of workmanship was excellent.
Description of Work: I needed a new glass door for the walk-in shower in my son's room. The owner Bruce came out and did the estimate and returned two weeks later with a custom fitted glass door for my shower. Bruce and an assistant installed it themselves and were done in less than two hours.
