I honestly did not think I could have people come into my home: cleaning, touching my stuff, moving it, etc. I am very particular. But Domestic Aide did such an amazing job on the initial cleaning, I now have them out twice a month. The first thing I noticed were the floors. I moved into new construction, with a lovely linoleum wood-like floors & carpet in the bedrooms. I'm the first person to ever live in my unit. I had never seen my floors look so good. They shone, which I didn't think the material could do. The kitchen was immaculate, and the bathrooms were perfect. But the most impressive thing to me was that I could tell by the quality of work done that the cleaners handled my belongings with care. Nothing was moved way out of place; there was no sign (other than being sparkling clean), people had been there. It's obvious this is a company - one of very few - that understands they're not cleaning random buildings. They are cleaning someone's home. I couldn't be happier. I've had them out three times now, and each time I am impressed by the thorough job they do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, especially to someone who thinks they cannot handle someone coming into their home.

We have been very pleased so far with the entirecusomter service from this company. Our two housekeepers are the BEST that we have ever had. They go the extra mile, arrive on time and get right down to business. Keep up the Great Work!!

They are really good. She made me a deal because I have her every week instead of every two weeks. So her first quote price was what I thought to be a little hefty. I probably wouldn’t have paid that for an every-two-weeks service. But because I said that I would use her once a week and pay a little less per time, she did it for me. The price is great. She always calls and informs me when she is coming and she always asks if I am satisfied. She always keeps close contact with her customers. Even though it is not her cleaning, she will send a crew to clean. I am a little picky and so she sends the same crew every time and I like that too.

Monica came out for the estimate and reviewed with their services and prices. I found them extremely expensive with prices ranging from $138 (for every week) to $158 (for every other week) to $178 (for once a month). I asked to have my refrigerator cleaned, and she said it would be an additional $25. I asked if I could use the $25 off coupon from Angie's List. Monica told me that would be fine. However, Monica failed to tell me there's an initial cleaning fee of $240. I found this out later when Monica called to verify the final charge. I told her that I didn't understand the fee and that I felt my house wasn't dirty enough to justify that fee. I asked if she thought it was necessary, and she said no and that she would check with the owner, Holly. They offered to waive that fee. Two girls came out. They were late and didn't call to give me a heads up. They did a good job on what they did clean. They were extremely pleasant and nice to have around. I was upstairs while they worked, so they called up to me when they finished. Their car was packed up, so I paid them and they left. I didn't have a chance to check their work. They failed to wipe down the cabinets, vacuum the upholstery, dust my bookcases, or clean out the refrigerator. I called and spoke with the owner, Holly. I mentioned the coupon and asked them to apply the $25 coupon for the next visit. Holly wasn't familiar with the coupon I used and said that Monica would follow up with me. When Monica called, she was very understanding. She told me that the coupon could not be applied because they waived the initial cleaning fee. She told me they certainly understand if you don't want to use them again. I explained their services was too expensive and would not be using them again. UPDATE 3/8/2012: They gave me a check for $25 for the coupon amount through Angie's List, but they have not come back out to rectify the situation, nor do I want them to at this point.

DomesticAide does a terrific job cleaning my home. The house always looks wonderful when they're done. They also use environmentally friendly chemicals and bring all of their own supplies. They have a professionally run organization and, with very few exceptions, keep the schedule they quote to you each week before their visit. Their customer service and scheduling representatives are friendly and professional. They do have a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours' notice; and they will charge you a fee if for some reason you must cancel abruptly. I only dropped their service after learning that I was paying almost twice as much as many of my friends. DomesticAide was the first and only cleaning service we hired, and I always had a nagging feeling that we were paying a bit too much. A little digging on Angie's List and a few phone calls and I found comparable service with an individual cleaner at half the price. Make no mistake, I have no complaints with DomesticAide's work, I simply found a better price elsewhere.

They had a special going on and there was a discount involved. I had them concentrate on about three main areas and they did floors, counters and stuff like that but it wasn't the whole house job. The workers were great and they did excellent work. I was very pleased with them. I don't have any complaints other than it would be convenient if they spoke English. I had no problems with them and they did everything I asked. I thought their price was competitive.

They are a local company. They provide excellent service. They are always on time and always reliable. They do an excellent job. Everything about them is very professional. They just do an outstanding job and I have been very pleased with them. I have a contract with them and they come on a regular basis. I have been using them since 1990.

I've had them out three times now and I love them. Their pricing was great and they were willing to work with me. The quality of work that they provided was very good. Their responsiveness was very good. They call me often to see if I am satisfied. They gave me a time frame from 11:00 to 11:30 which was fine because I didn't expect them right on the dot. They were very professional.

It was a big job that the two completed in about 5 hours. They were polite and asked questions if there was any ambiguity. There were some unexpected challenges going on- construction workers were making some repairs- but that did not deter the Domestic Aid workers who also maintained good attitudes throughout the course of their work there. They were diligent and did not take any breaks.

They are reliable. I have only had to call in a couple of minor things the ladies missed one time. They are very thorough. They are a bit expensive, but they have done a really good job.

The two-person crew arrived 30 minutes early. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. We had a list of jobs, which they completed to our complete satisfaction. Our first experience with this company will have us calling again.

This company has performed above and beyond my expectations. Their personnel are exceptional and my house has NEVER been cleaned as well. I have used other services in the past and always have been disappointed. I have hired Domestic Aide on a continuing basis. I would never hesitate to recommend them.

This was a great experience and would recommend them. They arrived on time and didn't stop until they were finished. I had contracted for two ladies for four hours and they worked without stopping. I walk around and look at my house and can't believe how great it looks. I have been ill and unable to clean for quite awhile and I feel so much better today.

They usually do a good job but the corner by my trash can in the kitchen has not been cleaned at all. They said they would reclean if something like this happened. I am going to call and see if they will do that.

The young ladies arrived right on time and, after receiving some specific instructions from me, immediately went to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. A supervisor stopped by while they were there to make sure all was going well. I was very happy with the service and consider it money well spent. The young ladies who performed the work were simply outstanding.

They did a GREAT job on everything, including cleaning the baseboards. One of the things I most appreciated is that they didn't leave a phony, floral odor behind to make me think the house was clean when in fact it was not. I would recommend this company to anyone.

While a little pricey, I thought they did a good job and have scheduled regular cleanings with them.
