It was fine but they could do better. I didn't get what I paid for. They were spotty and we had to remind them about things sometimes.

A coworker recommended DomesticAide, and I am so thankful I chose their company. After our son was born, we could not keep up with the housework. The first appointment was the deep cleaning. Holly came with the cleaning crew to introduce herself and walk with me around the house. The results were amazing. It looked like a completely new house. We've been with their company for over a year.

Two person team came to home and started to clean. What they did was very good but when it came to the kitchen I had a problem they were not able to work around so supervisor said I would receive a full refund. She researched and found another company to possibly do the work needed. This was above and beyond as far as I am concerned. She was very kind, empathetic and helpful. Yes, would suggest their services to others. She also stayed with me until we got hold of Angies List to confirm she wanted to give a full refund.

They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the floors and bathrooms definitely to my satisfaction.

My intent was to use them once but I was so pleased I now have them come once a month. I receive a call the day before to confirm my appointment time. Two ladies come and they are very nice and accommodating when I have a special request. I'm pretty picky so once in a while I'll find something they missed when dusting but the kitchen and bathrooms always sparkle and I have a lot of wood laminate flooring and it looks great and no streaks, which makes me very happy. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Everyone there is so nice and great to work with.

The ladies arrived at the appointed hour, took a quick tour of the house and we got out of the way. They went to work at one end of the house and worked their way through to the kitchen, finishing just when they said they would. They were excellent, professional and thorough.

I explained to them that if they were willing to spend 3 hours doing light housekeeping such as vacuuming and floor mopping that it would work for me, but that was going to cost a lot more which I cannot afford since I am retired and living on a very tight social security income. I am sure they would do an excellent job if this were a service that someone needed, it just didn't work for me. They were very nice and did apologize for misleading in the big deal.

They call the day before with the arrival time and show up when they say they will be there. They are easy to have in your home and do a great job. Makes my life much easier.

Our Domestic Aid ladies are very thorough (about two months ago) they remembered ALL the "dos" and. "don'ts" without having to be reminded. They are very pleasant and congenial. They are a joy to have in our home! Mary G

I called DomesticAide after hurting my back and being unable to vacuum or mop. The crew of 2 came on the day I requested and immediately started working. They were thorough, fast and efficient and asked me if I had any specific needs. They emptied all the trash, replaced liners, bagged everything together and put the bag in my outdoor trash can. After they left I went through the house and was so pleased with the job they did, that even though I intended to have them come one time only, I now have them come once a month. I have been contacted on occasion to see if I am happy with the services provided, which I think is great that they follow up. Everyone I've dealt with, from office staff to house cleaners, has been friendly, courteous and very accommodating. I have recommended them to my friends and would recommend them to anyone in need of house cleaning services.

The cleaning is fantastic and worth every penny I paid. Right now I have Domestic Aide clean my home every two weeks and the work they do is outstanding. I have 2 cats in a small one bedroom condo and after they leave the condo looks spectacular. I most definitely will continue to use Domestic Aide.

They do a great job. Very dependable, girls are always pleasant and professional.

For the most part I have been very happy. The first year I usually had the same team each week but now it seems to be different people all the time. They are, however, flexible if I request a change in date and they are tolerant of my dogs if I have to have them at home. 90% of the time I am happy with results...every once in a while there will be some things they miss or could have been done better.

They have amazing attention to detail and this is consistent every single time they clean for us. They offer fair prices and the communication from them is good. I am comfortable having them in my home. The company has been responsive to any concern I've had and they can tailor the cleaning to your home.

I like that we have the same crew every week. They are very personable and are great with my kids. They were really good about working around around my schedule as well, and they do a great job. They follow up to make sure everything is still going well, and every once in awhile they will send someone to the job to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to. They give you a half hour window and always show up within that time frame which I appreciate.

I love the consistency of their service and they never miss a thing. The crew is very friendly and honest.

They are so good. I can't tell you how much they help me. They do things that I'm not able to do myself, and they are extremely efficient. I couldn't say anything more about their service. I can trust them completely, they are friendly, and professional. I request the same girls every time (Maria and Isabella) and they come almost every time. I can't brag about them enough. They are very flexible with scheduling and are always on time. We highly recommend them and in fact we did recommend them to our neighbors and now Domestic Aide cleans their house as well.

They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were on time and brought all the cleaning "stuff" they needed to do a good job. They, also, were very fast and were careful not to break anything. i was very pleased.

I am reasonably pleased with Domestic Aide. I'm very particular and sometimes they will send different people and when they do I'm not satisfied. I think their price is reasonable. The women come in and spend two hours, and they do a pretty good job in that time. They are willing to take advice and listen to you. That is sometimes a problem because they don't all speak English. I've had them for about five years.

Very understanding/helpful when I explained needs of my parents home that had not been cleaned for "quite some time.
