+ -1 moreBrian cleaned every rug and carpet in my house. He was on time, worked quickly and was professional. I had previously had my game room carpet cleaned by someone else who told me the stains from several years of teens hanging out, would not come out and my carpet was ruined. Brian got them out and saved my carpet! I also had an area where an older pet and new puppy "liked." The smell is gone! Highly recommend!

+ 0 moreWe had a new kool deck put on in our back yard and the company made a HUGE HUGE mess of dust which they said would just vacuum right up. Not so. I called Brian out to clean and as always he did a great job and he even cleaned my patio furniture cushions. I feel so much better! I have used his company for many years and will never use another one.

Description of Work: I hired the company to strip and wax tile floor in my business. I had to call the owner back to clean the walls after the cleaning machine threw dirty water on them. Then had to call back again when I discovered one area was not cleaned at all. Over priced and did not receive the work promised.

+ -1 moreI called Saturday morning and hoped that my carpet could be cleaned as I was having guests later in the day and it was smelly and horrible. I was surprised that they were open on Saturday. He came over at the time he said he would be here and cleaned all the mess and no stains remained. He also sanitized the area and there is no longer any odor from the dog accident. He was professional, courteous and I scheduled carpet cleaning for the rest of the house before he left. I recommend Diamond Carpet Specialists!
Description of Work: I called Brian Jackson - the owner of Diamond Carpet Specialists, because my dog had diarrhea on the carpet sometime during the night.

Description of Work: Was my first time using Diamond Carpet Cleaning, he did a great job! I had stains from over 2 years old, Chem dry companies could not get them out, but Diamond Carpet was able to easily!! For now on will only use Steam Cleaners, I would definately recommend Diamond Carpet Cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe use Brian's Diamond Carpet Specialist at least 3 times a year for the past several years. With 2 dogs and 5 cats who all live in our house, pet stains are inevitable. Brian is very knowledgable about the different types of carpeting and stains and the appropriate chemicals to deal with each problem. He has been more that willing to custom the amount of carpet we want cleaned such as, "just around the edges" or just 2 or 3 rooms while just spot treating others. Brian is always on time and very amiable. Diamond Carpet Specialist is the only cleaning service we would consider using - we just wish he did windows and landscaping!
Description of Work: In his most recent service for us Brian cleaned all of the wool carpeting in our large living room/dining room, 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a stair. My husband and I piled the furniture into the middle of each room before his arrival. Brian always reviews the stains in each room to determine its type and treats each accordingly. During this most recent service, Brian treated and successfully removed several severe pet stains. He always turns on large fans in each room to facilate the drying time as he works in other areas. He even takes care to cover his own shoes to prevent tracking into our home.
