Description of Work: Jim explained in detail what each step would be and how the mold reading would be done. Tested both inside and outside and sent back a detailed report on what the mold counts was and what needed done to bring the levels back to a normal range. Answered all phone questions promptly. Recommended B and B Restoration to help with our project. We are very pleased with how this restoration project was handled. I will contact Cox Environmental for mold testing should the need arise again.
