Great company to work with. I will definitely hire them again. They showed up on time and were very knowledgeable about what job they are doing. Great atmosphere in the store. They replaced an old pump with a new very quiet WhisperFlo multi-speed pump and got the heater running like new. Got the job done at a very reasonable price. Also provided water lab testing and great effective chemicals.

Outstanding! The service director, David, was very personable and professional. His follow up work and continuing customer care are excellent. The two installers , Bubba and Jason, were very personable and professional as well and did a superb job, including making an adjustment that I requested. The two managers, Ty and Chandler, are very knowledgeable and work in sync with their whole team. In my 25 years experience as a pool owner, Coral Pools provides the highest level of expertise and professionalism in the industry.

So impressed with this company! Our pool pump went out at a horribly inconvenient time. All other pool service places (including our existing company) was going to take over a week to come out. Coral Pool was out in a couple of days, fixed the problem precisely and far more affordably than our previous company would've. Best of all--I asked them to check a feature on our filter that I thought MIGHT be malfunctioning, but I wasn't sure. The guy totally had the opportunity to take me for an expensive ($600+) repair. But he explained, no, it was functioning fine, and I shouldn't spend the additional money. What kind of company doesn't leap at the chance to do an expensive repair? An HONEST one!

We had an estimate from another provider to replace the panel for an amount many times the amount ultimately charged by Coral. They responded quickly and all Coral representatives were very courteous and professional.

THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT OUR POOL SYSTEM FOR US. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND OUR HEATER HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT EVER SINCE.
