This group came out and basically handle everything including meeting with insurance company in case the insurance needed information replacement, from beginning to end was very painless and they assured all your questions are answered and customer is taken care of

IJ came out, and after walking the roof with us, we found we had storm damage, IJ helped us with the entire process, and after the appraiser was out, we had a beautiful new roof in a day & a half. A very thorough assessment was done of my roof by the estimator, and he found an additional issue that needed to be resolved. Several options for repairing my flat roof balcony were explored, and I feel the best one was chosen. The work was outstanding. The workers were kind and knowledgeable, and spent extra time caulking to ensure no leaks will occur. The owner came by and talked to me personally, as well. I could not be happier with their work and I highly recommend them!

No one contacted us from Conrad's offering a refund or to come out and the owner do the repair. I have not received any phone calls, emails, or mail with any of those offers. I was told twice that their top notch guy would show up on Monday and he would call me on his way and he never showed up either time. The last time I called to ask why he didn't call or show up the second monday, in never got a phone call back at all explaining why. I have their number saved on my phone and never received a voice mail or missed a call from them after that day. So they did not reach out to attempt a refund or to offer the owner come out. I am aware that the leak would probably be hard to get right the first time, as that had happened 3 years ago with a different company. They had to come out a second time to do it again. I even told Conrad's that it's a tricky vent and it had to be done twice before. That's why we were willing to pay Conrad's to come out the second time, but both times they told me they would be sending out their best guy, he never showed up or called. If they really tried to make it right (which they didn't), we haven't moved, they could have shown up and said we are here to try to fix it and make it right, but they did not do that, nor did they call, or attempt to contact us after their top guy failed to show up twice.
