Matthew went on our roof and found the reason for our leaks: was very poor craftmanship. Nails sticking out of the roof - rusted. He repaired the roof at no charge!

The service was Great as they responded in two hours to our call. Put our roof on a priority list and we were completed in 5 days with roof, carpentry repairs and new gutters.

My project manager was Ira (Ij) and he was fantastic. He kept me informed and walked me through insurance process. I would highly recommend this company

The workers left a lot of debris in my back yard. They should have picked it up before leaving.

Overall, I would recommend Conrads roofing to anyone. As soon as I noticed damage on my house from a recent storm, I called Conrad and had an appointment for a contractor (I.J.) to come out that same week. He assessed the damage and believed it to be more than just a little so I ended up filing a claim on my homeowners insurance. The adjuster agreed with what I.J. saw and now I have a brand new roof over my head. The whole process was quick and they even worked around a few rainstorms that occurred over the last two weeks. The roof went up in a day and then someone else came out to replace the gutters on a different day. I.J. was great, very responsive to calls/texts and would let me know what the timeline looked like to get the work done. The roof looks great and so do the gutters.

I called this company for a repair to a wood shake roof which had been damaged by a storm. I had tried before, unsuccessfully, to get this roof replaced. The roofing contractor, IJ, worked closely with the insurance adjuster and was able to get the roof replaced. I replaced the wood shake with architectural grade asphalt shingles. This required the installation of a wood decking. This company installed a barrier layer between the wood and the shingles to ensure that the shingles never leak. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this project. The work performed was of the highest quality and IJ, the company contact was very attentive and involved in the installation process. He visited the site at least once a day and sometimes twice a day. He kept me up to date on each step of the process. His communication skills are wonderful and he made me feel that my job was very important and so was I. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat. IJ is a superstar......an asset to this company. A+++++ company.

They promised something, they did not fulfill, they used different material, different size boards. I still have the same leaking problem that i had before on the same rotten boards that they never replaced.

IJ with Conrads Roofing helped me throughout the whole process and made things really easy. He worked with my adjuster to make sure things were smooth and kept me apprised the whole time. We contacted Conrad to come out look at our roof because of leaks. Conrad rep named Ira came out and found hail and wind damage not only to our home but to my workshop and a storage building. He personally met with our homeowner insurance agent to go over every detail of what he had found and our insurance agent confirmed everything that Ira had said. Ira worked with our Insurance agent to get everything covered for a new roof on our house, the workshop, and the storage building. He did all the work. The Conrad crew showed up and in just one day had all 3 of the old roofs torn off, did repairs, and had new roofs done. They cleaned up any mess that was left in the yard. They did a great job and were very fast. Ira took care of everything and made the whole process as easy as it could be.

Installed new metal roof on metal building. Has had small leaks from the completion of the installation. Came back once and attempted a repair. Still leaks. Called back spoke to owner agreed to return. Did not keep the appointment and did not come back as agreed. Several months later sent an email to the owner. He agreed to make an appointment and make another attempt. Did keep the appointment and I not seen them since. This has been over appropriately a year and a half. I have a 30 year warranty on the roof but Conrad wonâ t service it. And the only attempt failed! No I cannot recommend them. Plus the owner became argumentative on one phone call. They also attempted a repair on my home that was unsuccessful as well.

Had a leak, went online to Home Advisor to search for roof repair. Home advisor notified Conrad's, they called immediately and set up an appointment for I.J to come and check out the problem. I J determined from damage observed on the shingles that we should make a claim on our homeowner's insurance for the damage. The insurance company sent out the adjustor. I J was present when the adjustor was here. We contracted with Conrad's to replace the roofing shingles. I.J. guided us through the process from start to finish, excellent service. His installation crew showed up right on time and they were completely finished with the project in approximately 12 hours. Very professional. Cleaned up all the debris and left the yard super clean. All in all a truly professional job. Would recommended Conrad's to friends. Ask for I J, he's straightforward and extremely knowledgeable . He will answer all your roofing questions and keep you abreast of the project from start to finish

My Project Manager was Kandice, she is a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the job. The whole company works well together. Kandice personally worked with my insurance adjuster to understand the scope of what needed to be repaired. Turned out to be a new roof. The crew arrived on time, completed the job within one day. Couldn't be happier. Kandice then did a followup to make sure everything was cleaned up and that we were happy with the job. I would definitely recommend Conrad Roofing to everyone.
