Conrad's Roofing

We had a hail storm that damaged our roof in late April. Conrad's did an excellent job all the way around - scheduling me in quickly, getting my input on everything, and doing prompt, professional work. I couldn't recommend them more.

the roofer named roberto knew what he is a pro at and very honest at his service. now waiting on painters to do trim. very good company tori washburn is very ice person takes care of cuctomers.

When they started removing the old roof they found lots of old damage to the decking that had been just covered with shingles--including one hold a foot in diameter! This company went above and beyond to take care of me! Good folks!

After a roof leak, and interior damage was assessed. I.J. met our insurance adjuster to walk through the project, and replace our entire roof and damaged gutters. The roof and gutters are a beautiful upgrade to our home thanks to I.J. , Moses and the whole team.

I was very concerned when I found a couple of tabs of shingles loose, because the forecast is for LOTS of rain in the next 3 days. The last thing I needed was a leaky roof. Most companies I spoke with wanted me to wait 6 days before they would be able to do this minor repair. Conrad's Roofing sent a roofer out the next morning, and it took him a short time to complete the repair. Thank you, Conrad's Roofing, it will be a calmer Thanksgiving now.

Let me add kudoâ s to I.J. (project manager) and Conradâ s Roofing for a job well done. Having a roof leak, which ultimately turned into a big hole, I.J. and Conradâ s Roofing jumped into action the same day I discovered the hole. I was very surprised, and pleased, that I.J. came to inspect the roof within a couple of hours of calling their office. I could tell they valued customer service. He met with our insurance adjuster to help coordinate the claim. As soon as the weather provided an opening, their crew was here tearing off the old and putting on the new. They did a great job of picking up nails and debris from around the property after the tear off. Their interior person (Moses) repaired the ceiling around everyoneâ s schedule and got his work done in just a few hours. I would highly recommend Conradâ s Roofing to anyone.

iJ was very knowledgeable and helped us with our many questions and concerns. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned the area afterwards. We are very pleased with how our new shingles look. IJ was a great help in choosing the shingles. Recommend Conradâ s Roofing to everyone.

Their lead foreman Devin Schoepflin is awesome to work with. He oversaw the whole project and it was completed in a timely manor. He was always easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or concerns. The price was a little high in my opinion, but as far as I can tell a job well done. I would recommend to anyone if you're looking to have any kind roofing done.

Very professional. I.J. was always avaible by phone when I had a question. I.J. had his housing people repair the interior damage and paint the ceiling. Also the leaf guard on the house's guttering needed replacing . After the roof was done it went on. Very pleasant installers also.

Professional, courteous. IJ took care of everything...dealt with our insurance adjuster and made sure that we got everything that our insurance provided. We are very happy with the results..

IJ and Kenneth were extremely professional! They went the extra mile with our insurance company. The roof they installed is great! Their crews cleaned up and left no trash or nails. If you need a new roof, call Conrad's and they will take good care of you too!

The repair they quoted was not what was required or performed. Repair was made but different than quoted. Contacted them about the matter and owner said he would change to reflect actual work done but didn?t. Later found out they have a ?F? rating with BBB.

The whole process was very smooth and everyone I dealt with was a true professional. The lead project manager I.J. was great and definitely made the process easy. THANK YOU CONRAD ROOFERS! I am a single person, in my 60's and I chose to only work with honest, hard working, ethical people! I am so fortunate I got to work with I.J. He knows the insurance regulations so well and has an excellent working relationship with the adjusters that it seemed when they saw him appear during my roof eval they quit arguing about what I qualified for altogether. My roof is brand new from decking up and is absolutely beautiful. The men that did the work were SO FAST, so polite, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly! My yard looks better than when they started and all the tree limbs that use to be touching my roof are gone! My gutters are even clean. I recommend Conrad's to anyone who wants a fantastic roof.

Ken came and assessed the roof on my father's house. It was a mess and we knew it. He worked with us to create new sky lights because the inside ceiling was a knotty pine and not easily fixed if we simply removed them. We will have them work on several other roof replacements in the coming months!
