I was working out of state and they sent me pictures so I felt involved, not just my husband.

We just had this job done, but it seems to be just fine, and we had four estimates. All the other 3 estimates were more than twice the cost of Conrad's!! They were very polite and did the job just a few days after we hired them, and used high quality materials.

Repair was completed promptly and effectively at a reasonable price. We had anticipated being advised to replace the entire roof, but replaced standpipes instead and should be good to go for years. Nice surprise there!

My ratings are for completed work on roof. Great staff. Professional. Estimator told me CR also could give bid on my building project. Difficult to schedule appt with CR owner, just kept repeating "Gotcha" as we spoke about appt scheduling difficulties. I moved on.

They were the lowest price, came in to the bid, did not exceed there quote. They did a range of things in addition to the roof; gutters, etc. They did a great job and did it when they said they would have it done. They gave us a lot of ideas and options and did they did finish a portion of the job sooner than expected.

They were on time and communicated well. We did not have any trouble at all.

Excellent company to do business with. They are honest, fast and willing to help anyway they can.
