Nathan and helpers were polite, on time and answered all my questions. Nathan called the day before scheduled appointment and 30 minutes before arriving on the morning of the appointment Will use them again and certainly recommend the service to others.

We got an e-mail reminder from Nathan that it was time for our annual carpet cleaning. We called and set up the appointment and as always he was right on time. He does a great job! He takes time to answer any questions we have and then gets right to work. He is professional and efficient and we know our carpet is in very good hands with Nathan. Called me back quickly, took their time explaining things. Never felt rushed when I asked several questions inquiring about services. My husband saw the Complete Carpet van in a neighbor's driveway. We have been dissatisfied with the work of the last 3 carpet cleaners. (Problems have been the return of spots after 2 or 3 days, the carpets still looked dingy, and our pets vomiting for a day or two following the carpet cleaning.) Respecting the opinions of our neighbor, my husband went across the street, talked with the men cleaning carpet, and then invited them to visit with me about cleaning the carpets in our home. I spoke with Nathan (the owner) and Tyler (his assistant that day). They were most courteous and professional. No pressure, only the facts and listened well. Based on what he told me and how he explained their work, I decided to let Complete Carpet work on our living room, dining room and hallway carpets, making an appointment for the following week. Nathan was back on time and ready to tackle our carpets. He pretreated the carpets, cleaned them (even opened adjoining doors to clean give-or-take a foot into closets and closed-off bedrooms), and then applied a carpet protection. He also explained that the protection would last at least a year, and perhaps two. It is like a Teflon and is not needed with every cleaning. He worked for a little over an hour. But compared to previous cleaners, I thought he worked hours because of the results I saw! The carpets were bright and clean! Even what we had been told were "permanent" stains had disappeared! The house smelled fresh and no was longer musty! Yeah! At this writing, it is a week and some days since our carpets were cleaned. I waited this long to give a recommendation for a reason: I wanted to see what happened after a couple of days. To my surprise and delight, the carpets are still bright and clean! No spots/stains have returned! No pets have been sick! The house still smells fresh... no heavy perfumy oder (which I suspected was a cover up in the past). I am totally pleased with the work Complete Carpet did in our home! I booked appointments into the future to make sure I did not forget to schedule the cleanings for important future family events. Oh! Have I mentioned that they send advance reminders (text and/or email) of the appointments, even letting me know that a truck was on the way? I really like that! (NOTE: The only negative issue is that there is a travel charge. The neighbor and I are going to try to work out an arrangement with Complete Carpet that IF we can arrange a full day of carpet cleaning in our neighborhood on the same day, perhaps the travel charge will be reduced, waived or split among the households... but we have not brought this up nor worked it out yet! So it may or may not fly... we'll see.) After all is said and seen, I am totally happy with the work Complete Carpet did at our home, gladly giving my wholehearted recommendation that you let Nathan and his crew(s) do their magic in your home! I bought a house with white carpet and my dog had an accident. I was not sure the stain would come out. I was referred to Nathan and called him and he showed up the next day and was able to get the stain completely removed. He always goes above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier.
