Wayne was great. We bought our home in 2005 and have remained friends with Wayne. I would recommend him to my loved ones. He wants what you want. There is no charge to the buyer, negotiable fees to the seller. He doesn't only show you houses that are listed with his real estate company, if it's for sale he knows about it , and will show it to you. We were first time home buyers and had no clue how the process worked. We ended up buying a home that hadn't been built yet and he was there for advice the whole way. We had some difficulty with the selling realtors and the builders. Wayne helped us with that. I feel that he went above and beyond. He has spoiled my husband and I as to what to expect from realtors. As long as he's available, we'll only use him for buying and/or selling. He's a caring person, dependable, flexabile and very trustworthy.
