+ -1 moreI had only one problem with the whole process. The end inspections were rushed. The seller hadn't quite made deadline, and we were set for closing and the seller wasn't ready. When it was finally ready, the inspection was rushed. That caused two problems with items that were supposed to have been done but were done in a way that wasn't quality. The inspector who helped us was with the same company but it wasn't the same man. If it had been, I think he would have caught the little quality issues as they were.
Description of Work: Elizabeth Craddock was my agent. She is wonderful. She worked hard to help me find the best house for my budget. She was always sending me info on each house as it became available. She was always willing to come show a house as soon as she could. Elizabeth helped me set up inspections and walked through the house I bought with me so many times because I wanted to go back and look at something or other. She helped me with advice about how to fill out the forms in a way that would maximize my benefit. She was fun to work with, nothing seemed to get her down. And she was real. You know what I mean? Some people come off as fake, but not her. She took the time to get to know me and to know just what I needed. If I ever purchase a house again, or sell this house, then I will definitely look her up.
