THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE WE HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH IN 40 YEARS OF HOME REPAIR AND 12 RENTAL REPAIRS. THEY SET UP APPOINTMENTS AND NEVER KEPT THEM; DIDN'T CALL BACK; LIED TO US; PUT IN SCREEN GUARDS RATHER THAN LEAF GUARDS, THE GUTTERS THAT WERE INSTALLED LEAKS IN FOUR AREAS, DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB SINCE 8/5/2020 AND IT IS NOW 1/6/2021. SENT A LETTER TO TODD DICKSON, CEO; SENT REGISTERED LETTERS TO MICHAEL LENTON, OWNER AND DONALD JONES, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER IN CINCINNATI'S HOME OFFICE, BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING DIFFERENT PEOPLE OVER 40 TIMES IN TULSA AND IN CINCINNATI'S HOME OFFICE...TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Good materials; this siding is thick and should last, but subbed-contracted the labor. Work done was OK, but IMO, not as good as presented; mostly at the corners/edges. Asked them to touch up the paint where siding meets wood and the tear-out took paint with it, never heard anything; still needs paint. Wished the Champion would have informed me that most of my siding was wood; I thought it was Masonite; which falls apart when it gets wet (I had some that was rotted out)...wood doesn't rot out until it's really bad. Previous homeowner repaired with Masonite; but the significant majority of the existing siding was wood. I wouldn't have had the job done had I known my siding was wood...

Initial measurements were done and parts ordered on time. Delivery and installation started a week ahead of scheudle, however it was soon discovered that there were mis-measured parts and some missing parts. This delayed the project a week. The cleanup was sub-par. We are still picking up residue from the job.

We had to special order the color we wanted which took 6 weeks. When the work began the installers worked quickly and did an excellent job. It took 2 days to complete the job.

It was a great experience. They did everything top-notch and it was quality work. I would gladly do business again. We were delighted to have their service. In all candor, I believe that we got a really good deal. This is the largest sunroom that they've built in the area and it turned out fabulous.
