Very well. They were punctual, clean. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job! I hope to move soon and would use them in my next home if need be.

Tom was always very courteous and said he would take care of issues that we had. He even came out on the final day to try and make sure the work was done properly. However, he did not succeed. The people who did the work did not seem to know how to make it look good and seemed to take no care to protect our flooring and countertops. Even during the process as we discussed these issues with Tom and he confirmed the need for better, it still did not meet reasonable standards. Amazingly, after we had emphasized the problem with Tom and he came out on the last day to see to it, they still managed to get something on our quartz island countertop. It appears they tried to clean it with something but we are not sure. What we are sure of is it left a large stain and rough surface. Fortunately our stone finisher was able to come out and fix it. The paint and stain finishes themselves were inconsistent.

Professional proposal and quote. The price was higher than others but they were easier to work with and more refined.

They were very very good. They power washed it one day, painted the next. They caulked all the gaps, sealed everything. It was all done very quickly and well. Mr. Barber was very nice and all of the workers were very polite.

Partial re-paint range is$ 4-5000 job. came out promptly, pleasant, however never did submit a bid

The local owner Tom Barbour gave us a very timely and complete estimate. The crew was punctual and professional, and did a very thorough job including clean-up. There were a few items that needed follow up attention, which were taken care of promptly. Would definitely use again.

We were amazed they made no mess whatsoever and no mistakes as well. Done ahead of schedule. Tom gave us good advise as to how to blend the wall colors with the ceiling color and recommended to make the wall with the flat screen a dark color which we did and love.

Very professional, responsive and courteous! Great attention to detail. My wife is very satisfied, which means I will be out of the dog house! LOL

Refreshing to deal with a professional company. Mr. Barbour promptly responded to my request for a bid. Then when I selected CertaPro they commenced the project within a few days of the projected date. Mr. Barbour's crew stayed on the job until completion. He was at the job site daily reviewing the work, he escorted me around the site seeking my observations and on occasion took the paint brush in his hand to preform a task. They cleaned up daily, were industrious and pleasant to be around. They taped extensively so I am not aware of any over-painting. The job was two color and the lines between the colors are crisp and straight. A significant part of the job was painting numerous windows and storm windows each with real wooden pane dividers. They patched all loose and missing caulk and the paint lines on the glass are also straight and crisp. New landscaping around the house had just been completed and the crew was very careful of the new plants. I am not aware of any that were damaged. I priced three painters, CertaPro was higher than one and lower than the other. I did not select the lower priced painter for when he came to the house his vehicle was a disaster with the interior of the truck in complete disarray. Mr. Barbourrs vehicle was clean, had signeage and the interior with numerous painting items was ordered and neat. An indication of the job that CertaPro performed for me. Competent, competitive and reliable, what more could you ask for.

Todd was extremely punctual and polite. The bud was competitive. Had I proceeded with the job he would have received my business.

First off, the painters who showed up to do the actual work were completely unprofessional. They were smoking INSIDE my house (I am NOT a smoker & I have asthma). When I told the workers to stop smoking in my house, they went just outside the open back door & windows so their smoke was still blowing inside my home. I called CertaPro & the company representative spoke with the painters. Apparently, CertaPro has a policy of NO SMOKING on ANY job, but the painters really didn't seem to care much. They would just leave to sit in their truck every 30-45minutes (and I'm pretty sure they still were smoking inside my house when I wasn't home because I found ash & cigarette stubs on my hardwood floors). They also left trash from their lunches in my yard (and I mean all of their lunch trash they just threw in the bushes). The painters also stole a ladder from my garage and when I told CertaPro that the ladder was missing, the CertaPro representative argued with me. According to him, I had to be mistaken because the ladder I said was mine he had looked at & it was obviously used quite a bit (and had other paint colors on it), so it couldn't have been mine. Well, I may be female, but I can use a ladder and paint just like a guy. Even after I showed him the paint cans in my garage matching the other paint colors on the ladder, he insisted I was making up this accusation. Bottom line: that ladder was mine & was stolen by the painters As for the quality of the work done; it was awful. They did not fill in any nail holes or sand down any parts of the trim that needed to be sanded. They were also very sloppy and had paint spray all over the glass on the windows, on my hardwood floors around the baseboards, and also ceiling paint was on the walls I had recently painted in the other rooms. When I showed these issues to the CertaPro representative, he just shrugged and stated that it wouldn't be too difficult for ME to clean-up. By then, I just wanted him out of my house. I told him I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and if anyone ever mentioned CertaPro's name, I would tell them my horrible experience with them. The representative didn't seem to care and never apologized or asked if there was anything to do to make things better with me. He just stated if that's the way I feel, then that's the way I feel. And then he left.

He did a fabulous job. He was also very reasonable.

Tom did the estimate and I immediately felt that he was the most professional painter that did a bid for our project. He arrived on time and provided me with a computerized bid and professional packet that gave me additional information about the company. He had a very competitive bid for the project and could finish my project in three days. When I contracted him for the job, he allowed us time to chose the colors from the Sherwin Williams store. On the day of the project, he and his crew showed up on time and they complete the project in two days instead of three. I was very pleased with them and would hire them again.

Everything was finished beautifully! Couldn't see any seams in the crown, and the finish on the walls was flawless. Did more finish work than was originally contracted for and at no extra charge because he, "just couldn't leave that undone." They arrived promptly both mornings, wore booties to protect my brand new wood floors, and cleaned up each day of the project. Suggested that we "live" with the paint and observe it from several angles, in different lighting, to make sure there weren't any missed spots. Also offered to return at any time for touch ups, but that wasn't needed. Would definitely have them paint for us again!

They were kind of messy, but they were good. They get it done in a timely manner, and they come back when I ask them to straighten something up. I would recommend them to friends and family members.

March/April 2012 called for appointment for estimate. Calls never returned.

No problems. Just good service. A job well done.

They were great. It was all great. The crew was outstanding. The owner was very friendly. They worked efficiently and effectively. It was a great job all around. Their price was very competitive. We would absolutely use them in the future.

First of all the owner, Tom, questioned my choice in paint color (a soft golden color). He thought I should go with beige. Even after this, I went ahead and hired him. My mistake! I was told that the job would take two days. On the fifth day, I told them that they had to finish that day as we were having a party at our house the next day. The workers that came out to my house were very sloppy, spilling paint in several places and getting overspray on EVERYTHING. I had them try to clean it all up, but none of it is as good as new. My black iron outdoor furniture still has gold specks all over it. I was told by the lead painter that he would be back out the next day to replace a piece of sod where one of the other painters had dumped out his bucket, that never happened. I have found several places where they "missed" spots too. I had a coupon for a free interior room painting which I gave Tom upfront, they never followed up on that. And frankly, neither did I with the mess they made outside there is no way they are coming in my house. The company's policy is to call one year after the job is complete and see if the customer is still satisfied or if any of those "missed" spots have been found. Do you think that was done? Answer: No!

They do a wonderful job of taping everything and keeping paint off the windows and plants. The manager checked on them regularly to be sure they were cleaning up and doing things right. In fact, he came back the next year to check it out.
