I hired Certapro because I thought I would receive better quality work from a large company versus a small independent painter. I was wrong. Two years after Certapro painted my house I still find over-spray on windows, the front glass door, two exterior lighting fixtures and various outdoor items. The painters were inexperienced and constantly dealt with equipment problems. After the first day of painting, I found their uncleaned spray rig underneath a tarp with the suction tube still inside an uncovered 5 gallon bucket of new paint. Paint was applied over wet caulking. Sometimes the painters did not show up until noon or later. Due to the steep pitch of our roof, scaffolding had to be used to access two dormers. The rolling scaffolding provided by the Certapro owner was light weight and not designed for outdoor use and did not have locking wheels. One of the painters rigged a ladder to the scaffolding in order to reach the dormers on the roof resulting in a fall from the roof onto the concrete pool deck. Two years later, a representative from Certapro stuck a sign in our yard which read Certapro annual inspection. I removed the sign and later found a checklist of the inspection in our mailbox. I know the back of our house was not inspected since we were home at the time.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT SATISFACTION WAS REACHED WHEN THEY FINISHED MY HOUSE. THEY DID SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID THE WORK RIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
