C C's Pool & Spa Service

DO NOT USE! NOT A RELIABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. They winterized our pool in December. Was quoted around $250. We were charged $400. We opened up our pool early April and our UV Ozone unit started leaking due the improper winterizing, confirmed by both the manufacturer and another pool company. It’s going to cost over $1000 to repair. Initially, we couldn’t get a hold of them to report the issue. Left several voicemails. After a month of trying we got a call from the owner after we inquired on services. There has been NO communication from the company after the issue was reported to Dean Carson, the owner, at (918) 378-8122. We plan on taking legal actions.

The company recoated the interior of the pool with a paint on product which is not the norm. Most companies use plaster or a gunite material to resurface the pool. This pool had a gunite finish and CC use a paint on material to resurface. The paint on material began to bubble up and peel off in less than ten months after application. The normal warranty for resurfacing pools is a minimum one year. I contacted CC Pool and they refused to honor their warranty. After posting some bad comments on their website they sent a technician to look at the pool surface with the understanding if they honored their warranty I would remove the bad review from their website. CC pool never contacted me for repairs

stood and talked about what he was going to do and how nice it would look when finished told us this is just and estimate "but i will bring it in below this price" it should only take a month and a half at the most give me $5000 down (went straight to the bank that afternoon and cashed the check) and i will have a crew out here first thing in the morning to start to work (3 days before a guy showed up and spent 2 hours looking around ) camed back a day later and cut 2 holes and left 2 days later someone eles showed up and cut 5 holes then left aweek later a trac hoe shows up and his crew is (2 guys) 30 min late getting here digs hoes and gone (3hrs) load and un load. a week goes by and another day of 3 hrs (give C&C a call they will be out ther in the morning just finished another job will have hole crew out there a day or two latere 2 guys (one is 15)show up work some and leve then that guy quits so now 2 other guys show up in the afternoon (with 15 year old ) work some and levave this goes on forever now need money for liner (paper says $5000 down and $7000 when complete (i got took by the first worker and i'm in the hole now??????????. (Not my problem) so pay for liner(really need $3000 but showed him a paper saying i could get it sub (by me for $2000) i can do it for 2 just give me a check (straight to the bank) gave the check to his son went on like this for another month the his wife calls and says job finished we need a check for $9000 (must have lost their mind told em it wasn't going to happen (there was not water in the pool (told me we had been swimming in it) called back and said ok $70000 today still no go for me told his wife he needed to come and lets talk show up a day later and we talk You need to remove trash " EXTRA" kool cret deck(like he said ) "EXTRA" (he didn't put it on paper) told me he lost money on this job because of the first guy(not my problem) i wasn't going to pay twice for no work to start with (he must be nuts) so now first check june 4 last check aug 21 should have joined Angie list before i started with this guy not after he came to the job site 2 times to get first check and to get last check He was stuck at $7000 and i was only paying$5000 told him he could take or see us in court and never come here again i will finish it myself he took the five and left so i think an F is too high of a rating

This company was hired to repair a leak in my spa. The manufacturer set up the job, and he was supposed to call and schedule a time to fix the leak. He never called. I called him 1-2 weeks later, and he said he didn't have the info. I had the company send him the repair info again, and he still didn't call. I called him back, and he said he would be out to fix it. Next week, I called back, and he said he would be out to fix it. This went on and on for several weeks. Finally, I called and just asked if I needed to find someone else, and he basically said that my job wasn't important enough and he didn't want to deal with it. I would never deal with an professional company like this.

I called Dean last week to schedule my pool closing and reminded him that he had cleaned and stored my pool cover. He said he would have to find it. I called him again yesterday [9/26/07]. He told me that he "remembered" what happened to my pool cover. He said that it fell apart during cleaning, so he disposed of it. He never called me to tell me what had happened or to ask my permission to dispose of the pool cover. He claims that I told him to just throw it out if it couldn't be salvaged. This is absolutely not true. I have personally cleaned this cover myself the past 2 years. I did not want it disposed of. Now it is September and I have no cover for my pool. At the very least, he should have contacted me when the problems he claims happened arose.
