Excellent from estimate and quote to delivery and install it was an enjoyable experience. All employees were prompt, courteous and put up with several distractions from us before during and after each section of the work. Tile installers Steve and Mike were like family from start to finish and were meticulous and obsessive with the work. Both were perfectionists! Greg Harris the sales rep, was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We were impressed at every turn! A mistake made in the estimate was "eaten" by the company and was never even discussed. Made the job stress free!

An estimate was given and tiles order to determine if match could be made. Tile installer arrived on time and work was done quickly and area cleaned upon completion.
Description of Work: Slate tile on patio was improperly installed prior to our purchasing of this home. Tiles were not bonded correctly and water had got under tiles and were cracking etc. Tiles were removed and replaced with new tiles and proper installation techniques. Advised to get tiles sealed to prevent water getting under tiles which could lead to efflorescence and other moisture-related problems again.

Very well. They tore out the tile. Then I had the plumber come in and do his part. The plumbing was done some weeks after the tile was removed. Not a problem with C&C tile. They will work with you. The rep I used at C&C tile was Greg. I have used him now for three jobs. All turned out good.
Description of Work: Removed old shower pan and installed new tile in shower floor. The shower pan and drain was installed by another party. They did a good job. You should always let the tile people tear out the tile and not the plumber. In most cases plumbers are just too rough and do more damage than needed which costs more to fix.

The demolition, the preparation and installation went extremely well. Salesman Mike Harris and Installer CB were helpful and professional. CB is a genius when it comes to installing wood floors and a true craftsman at his trade.
Description of Work: They removed wood floors which were installed improperly, incorrectly and not per the manufacturers installation instructions by another local flooring company.

I called the company and asked them to bring samples of neutral color carpeting that they had in stock. I needed to replace my living room carpet before the holidays. The salesman (who was very helpful) came out the next day, I selected the carpeting and it was in withing the next five days. I already had the furniture out and the old carpeting up, although they came prepared to move furniture and remove the old carpeting. They wanted to put the furniture back, but I declined. They were in and out in a few hours, vacuumed the carpeting after it was down and did a very good job. They were really nice guys. I will use C & C again when I need carpeting.

Description of Work: In-home estimate for wall and floor tile installation in bath renovation. We were unimpressed with the sales rep - he said he had been seeing double for a couple of weeks but hadn't seen a doctor yet. He continually told us he was seeing two of us! He advised us to put up Sheetrock around the shower, and then put cement board over it, that cement board wasn't strong enough without Sheetrock behind it. Seriously?! He also advised us to tile right over the old grungy tile because it would be hard to get it up. I was offended when he asked my husband, "are you the man that's going to do all the work?". My husband informed him that I work right along beside him. The sales rep was more about telling me what I DIDN'T want to do than listening to what I wanted to do. I called 4 days later to ask when our estimate would be ready. He reminded me about his double vision problem. By the time we got his ridiculous estimate (he omitted part of the job!), it was a non-issue. We had already chosen another company.
