Description of Work: By Design removed our existing cement patio, addressed our water issues and poured a stained cement patio. The final product is better than we had hoped for. Mike and Tom were very patient with all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

 + 1 moreVery good experience. Mike took his time looking at what we wanted to do, made some suggestions, and gave a very good quote so we went with By Design. One of the things he suggested was for us to do the acid stain and sealer ourselves to save some money - this allowed his bid to be significantly lower than the other contractors - by almost 50%. Mike and his crew were very professional, courteous, and punctual. Job went smoothly. Three weeks after the concrete was poured/stamped Mike spent more than 30 min on the phone walking me thru the stain and seal process. Just finished the project last weekend and it looks great. Would definitely go with By Design again, highly recommend.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better guys. They were responsive, accommodating, professional and courteous. I've never worked with a feel that I thought was stuffy. I don't know about the price because I didn't take a lot of bids as I didn't have time, but they were $2000 under another bid that I took and I that's why I decided to go with them. I would use them in the future and not anyone else.
Description of Work: I used the services of By Design Concrete a couple of weeks ago for concrete straps.
