Bulwark Exterminating - Tulsa

Getting an appointment scheduled was like pulling teeth. They never could find a time to come that worked with our schedule. I was passed off to several people (the person who answered the phone, the supervisor, the route manager, the actual person doing the job, etc.) They said they would figure something out and call back...never did. I finally heard something several days later when they showed up without telling me they were coming and they left a note on the door. My husband called and they said we had an appointment at that time (although we had no knowledge of it) and said they would be back in the morning at a specific time. We made sure someone was a t home to allow the person in but nobody ever showed up. My husband went to work and called them that afternoon and they couldn't seem to figure out what happened or why they didn't come. We rescheduled again for the weekend. The man who came was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He said if I had any trouble within 60 days to call back and they would do another spray at no cost. Within a week, the spiders were back. Ants showed up again shortly after. I called back and they came out very quickly and did the courtesy spray inside but I never saw him spray the outside. Within a week, we had spiders ants and for the first time ever silverfish. This was my first time with Bulwark and it will be my last. I have always used another company and have been very happy with them. Now I am wondering why I changed to start with. I do not recommend this company. After speaking with Bulwark employee Kyler on multiple occasions regarding the services, the company did offer a full refund for the trouble. I am very happy for their willingness to make things right.

I had to reschedule my service several times, and every time I called in, they had a very difficult time locating my record. Eventually, they would, even after sometimes insisting that I wasn't in their system, and we'd set a new date and time. The exterminator that came out was very friendly and took his time inside my home. I was told that granules would be placed around the perimeter of the home since it had been raining and the forecast called for more. Still seeing lots of ants in the house, but to be fair, Bulwark promised to come back out to spray the perimeter since they were unable to because of the rain. Hope that will make an impact.

EXCELLENT company--not sure when I've worked with a service-oriented company that was this, well, service-oriented! They provide excellent pest control. When there are occasional "break-throughs" of pests between services, I call them, and they respond quickly to come out and spray (without charge). Last year when we had a pretty sizable mouse problem, I called them rather frantically, and they came out SUPER fast, thoroughly addressed the problem, gave me some free supplies, and talked me off the ledge and gave me some education about managing mouse issues. And they charged NOTHING for this. Every time they come out for service, I will receive a phone call follow up asking if was pleased. And I always am. We've had poor experiences with exterminators in the past, but Bulwark is the BEST. They have earned my loyalty!

The job did not seem to work the first time around. Fortunately we have been working with the manager at the company since the initial visit and they have come back out a few times to respray. They have been very accommodating.

They are here quarterly I believe and they were here just yesterday in fact. They are very efficient otherwise I would have bugs and I don't.

I am usually at work when the service is performed, but the spraying seems to be working -- keeping the little critters out of my home.

Unsure about their practices. Seems they only treat the problem area, but it works! I'm going to have them out again when I need them.

The people at Bulwark explained their definition of pest did not include termites and the coupon is only for lesser pests.They said I could receive a refund and referred me back to Angie's List.It was a mistake of definition of "pest." I don't blame them but want the $75 back.Thank you.

They were fine. We've had quite an ant problem in our kitchen so they came out originally a week ago Tuesday and it takes a little while for the ants to abate. They were pretty much gone but we still had a little bit of problem so they came back on Tuesday when I called them and they addressed it again and last night I think I only saw one, they're just a little bit stubborn. They had so many specials that the poor guy ended up being out on the late end of what our schedule was, but he was great when he came out.

The service went well. I did feel like they tried to pressure me into buying an extended service. One technician came out and completed the job in a few hours. The service seemed to get rid of the pests for a while. It took about 3 weeks to get scheduled.

My experience went okay. They put down some sticky traps in and around the house. A couple days ago, I saw the traps had caught some of those spiders. Scheduling an appointment was easy.

They had some miscommunication on their end and signed me up for a continuous plan but they corrected that and just did the one-time treatment for me. The technician was a nice guy. The scheduling was easy.

They were friendly, they seemed to be real thorough, and he did tell us ahead of time that ants are kind of hard to get rid of, so they have come back out to spray again.

The man who came was very polite and professional although I did have to remind him that he missed a room or two on the inside. We noticed bugs still for the first week or so but I think that is pretty typical when you get a treatment. We've used other companies in the past who seemed to be more thorough in the treatment but the results didn't seem much different. For the price this was probably worth it. They also have a guarantee so if I see more bugs I'll just be calling them back.

The fine print said they covered Rogers County but they called me today to tell me they do not cover my area even though I live in Rogers County.
