Bulwark Exterminating - Tulsa

So pleased with them. Did a very through spraying job. Put out spider traps. The young man who came even went around house with broom knocking down spider webs. Would certainly recommend them & I will use them again.

I have used them several times. I have used several of their deals. They are very good and I’d give them 5 stars for everything.

Michael is very polite and prompt. He worked hard to get the ants out of the kitchen. The spray around our yard helped reduce the bug population around the house.

Because the thing that I didn't care for they did their job the guy came out and he was really conscientious he did all his spraying inside and outside the way that it was suppose to I was very satisfied with but what I didn't care for was the kind of hard sale to tried to give you to take the every two months where they come out and respray I mean when they were calling me back and leave any message because I was trying to make the appointment the guy was oh lady talking about signing up for the every other month deal and I don't know how but I got a phone call Robo came and it said your appointment is for next Thursday morning and we wont have come inside and so I was like wow wow I never signed up for that. The actual person that came out he was a doll he was very conscientious and any question that I had he answered it and he did a nice job.

Arrived on time and completed work quickly. I might add that had the same thing done by Terminex at my rental house. Bulwark was $1,800 cheaper,

Great--technician who came to the house was very professional, clean cut, and friendly. The company followed up with us to make sure we weren't seeing any bugs. Everyone with whom I have had contact has been very professional, knowledgeable, and cheerful.

Very polite service men and on-time. Came back out at no extra cost when I still was seeing ants and spiders. They want to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I started preventative, perimeter pest control with Bulwark a few months ago. I like the techs that come out - clean cut, professional, courteous, efficient. They respond with follow-up visits when I report seeing bugs after their regular visit. I can't say for sure yet if I will continue to use them, because the cost is almost $75.00 every two months and - for the first time since I've lived in this house (6 years) - I'm actually seeing cockroaches, and in the living room and bathroom! They were apparently able to cross the "perimeter" that has been sprayed around the house twice. I was told by the Bulwark office that it takes time and repeated visits to "break the life cycle" of the bugs. I've always had pest control on the property (and the only bugs seen after treatments were dead ones) but my last provider isn't offering the service now, so I'm trying Bulwark, just can't guarantee if I'll continue, especially if I see more cockroaches, which I've *never* had in my home.

Bulwark sent out a technician to spray in and around our home. They were punctual and professional and answered all of my questions. They even told me they would return in the next 60 days to re-spray at no charge if needed. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Poorly. They had to come out twice in June of 2015. The second time they came out I was "scolded" for using store bought pesticide to kill the ants that were not handled by Bulwark. I was told I had to let their product work for several days before it would be effective. This was interesting since I had actually had the treatment and left on vacation for ten days. After I got the second treatment, I ended up having to call another exterminator. My ant problem, which I'd never had before, was not resolved until after the next exterminator showed up and sprayed. Since that time Bulwark has repeatedly called me asking if they could come do more for me. Despite my having asked them not to call me, and even speaking to their manager, I get called. In the last two weeks (of June 2016) I've been called three times, despite requesting they note in their files I do not want their services. SO their record keeping and customer service is completely lacking and they repeatedly choose to remind me of how irritated I was not only to have to pay for two services, but also getting "scolded" and then having my requests for no further solicitations ignored.

They treated inside and outside for pests.

They sprayed the entire exterior of the home and treated nooks and crannies inside the home. If we see ANY live pests we are to call them and they will come back out and re treat the whole home before the 60 day period is up. We have set up a contract with them for future treatments, including the termite baiting system that was not included in this Angie's List deal. We understood that prior to getting this treatment done.

It was OK. The price was a promotion.They wanted me to purchase something else that was expensive. I probably wouldn't use them because they are expensive, if they lowered their price I would probably use them again. They should have done it a couple of months for that price.

Bulwark was great. They showed up when they said they would and answered the questions that I had. They are a lot less intrusive than other companies I have used and will customize the treatment to your specific concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs pest control treatments.

It was very good, since I did not have to be out of the house, and neither my wife, the dog and myself felt anything strange. And the quantity of bugs went down dramatically. Note the date I put is approximate since Angie's List requires it.

It was fine. Nobody’s perfect but they are fine. They are responsive. I’ve been using them for probably 5 to 6 years. My experience with them which was years ago, they were professional and they explain the product. They were able to answer questions that we had about health concerns and things about the product. They show up when we call them. They are courteous.

They did a good job. The price is good.

They did come out. They probably did a fine job. They came out twice because it was raining and they couldn't do the outside. They came out to do the outside. It was the advertised cost. I'd give them a B because of the service and the personality of their employee.

No more spiders inside the house. They called afterward to make sure everything was okay. Did a second outside pest service a few days after the first service. This was a service on a rental house. They have been doing our home for 4.5 years and always punctual and no problems with insects inside our house.

I am updating a bad review because they have tried really hard to remedy our problem. It has been an extremely bad year for spiders and other bugs in and around our house. They sent a different technician that does a much better job and I believe that we are finally getting somewhere. I like their willingness to make it right and for being so kind instead of treating me like a "grouchy" customer!

Service man was vary punctual and polite. I showed him the areas I needed sprayed and he took care of our ant problem.

Ants continued to come in hoards. It was raining the day of service, so the spraying around the peripheral of our yard was delayed for a dry day. Dry weather came every now and then, but the technician never showed up. We finally called and after some days, he showed up on a rainy day and sprayed around the yard. The spray was obviously washed away. The ants continued. I went to the hardware store and they recommended a Black Flag indoors insect spray can. Following instructions, I ran a fine bead of spray sparingly around the bottoms of the mop boars & inside each window sill. Following this with an outside pump-sprayer kit, I sprayed around the house at ground level. The ants began to diminish and fairly quickly disappeared.Wa-la! problem solved! Total cost was 6.95 + 19.95 + sales tax, and about an hour of tme.

Have had three visits (every two months) so far. Have had them out for a repeat visit two times. They always come and are courteous. I do notice that so far they seem to come in the last 15-30 minutes of the three hour appointment window. Not a problem if they are doing the exterior, but on the two repeat visits have had to take off from work for a half day. Perhaps just starting up it takes several visits to finally get rid of all my scorpion, spider and ant visitors... time will tell.

They did what they said they would do and guaranteed their first application. Unfortunately, neither worked that well as we had a reoccurrence of spiders. They did not guarantee the followup treatment. I would say overall they are professional and stand by their first application, but their services are probably meant to be an ongoing treatment plan. I would not recommend them for a one-time treatment, but am sure they stand by their ongoing contracts.
