Description of Work: they came out and did a thorough job treating for the bugs we had and they came back to finish the job outside since it had been raining so much. They also came out another time when we saw more bugs in a different spot and it didn't cost any extra. It took awhile for them to be able to come back when we called again, but they got here as soon as they could and did a good job.

Description of Work: Bought deal for a whole house inside and outside spray. Told them ahead of time that I really just wanted the attic sprayed and that it was not a walk up attic but an access panel with an initial crawl space before you could stand up in the attic. The scheduler told me that would not be a problem. However, when service tech arrived he would not go in attic because it was not a walk up attic. Service was not performed and I received a refund.
