Description of Work: Indoor and outdoor pest treatment. I was not impressed with the first spraying and informed their office; a 2nd person was sent out to re-do. I was satisfied with that. I have since hired them to spray on a contract basis with service every 2 months. The latest spraying was completed satisfactory with a 2nd around 30 - 40 days later then every 2 months. I received a text on Monday, 3 July at 6:00pm that they would spray on Wed, the day after the holiday: it had only been 22 days, not the stated 30 - 40 days. When the tech arrived, we both agreed it was too soon. Apparently, the office seems to think that 22 is within the range of 30 - 40. I am now waiting to be rescheduled.

 + -1 moreIt was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They called, gave me an appointment, came out and they're continuing to come out and spray. It was a package deal so they do it all year. When he came in, he explained and told me what he had to do. The spray was good, the spiders are going away immediately.
Description of Work: I used Bulwark Exterminating to spray the garage and the inside and outside of the house.

 + -1 moreIt was okay. We called and they have out. I asked them to remove a wasps nest and they didn't do it. So I had to have them come back the next day. They didn't have a ladder when they came for the visit, so they came back the next day. It wasn't a problem, I just had to call them back.
Description of Work: They come out once every three months. I have an annual contract agreement with them. They do interior and exterior and do call backs if we notice any signs of pests.

 + -1 moreThey were reasonable compared to everybody else. They were good. They were very professional. They were very nice and I scheduled an appointment and they were able to come out. They were able to shift me back for a 60 day redo and they came right out. I had no problems. I will use them again.

 + -1 moreNice, professional, good service. Clean cut tech was on time. He explained each step. They will come back whenever need for no extra charge. The regular service is $55. He explained the money back guarantee. If we are every not satisfied we can call and they promise to do everything they can to make me happy...and I believe them. Its been awhile since I have felt so impressed by a company.
Description of Work: Bulwark came out and did an entire treatment of my home. They started on the interior where they put product in my walls and under appliances. All the interior treatment was placed where the bugs live and hide and not where we live. It was nice to have a service man that cared about my families well being, especially since I have kids. The exterior treatment was thorough as well. They put a good barrier around the base. He followed up with some additional treatments by doors and widows. He even treated plant areas that were badly infested. Very good job.
