It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for my granddaughter. She wasn't happy at all. They came out after the treatment and started another treatment. She asked what they they were doing and they said that she signed a contract, which she didn't do so they were going to bill her for additional stuff. She told them to leave her property and not come back. They were trying to rip her off. It was a scam. They were not very professional at all.

Bulwark did a great job getting rid of the spiders that we were finding in the house. They were always on time and very good about zeroing in on the issues and getting them resolved. They were also very responsive. Nothing but good things to say about them and I did decide to purchase a quarterly service from them.

They always do a good job and if I have any problems between visits, they fix them.

We haven't seen any spiders, ants, bug, etc. so we're assuming it did the trick. They did want us to sign up for every other month service for about $75 per treatment; I'm not sure if that's needed.

The service did not happen. They said that Angie’s List made a mistake and should have only been offering pest control not a termite treatment. They were very polite about explaining the situation. If I wasn’t planning on moving I would use their service in the future.

The service was terrible. They didn't show up when they said they would be there, that's my second home and I'm not always there and it's a lot of trouble to schedule. When they did show up he set something in my place this time with long contract which I was not willing to do, I wanted just one time. He treated a little bit but not everything because we have snow outside. They did come back to complete the job. I don't think I'll use them again. They did offer to give me $69 rebate if I would sign up for their continuing service which I declined. Their price is fine.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. The technician was pleasant, and so quick I wasn't sure he'd actually done anything! I hadn't realized when I signed up for this that I was expected to sign up for a service contract. Probably mea culpa for not reading the fine print thoroughly enough. They came out in December and sprayed again, and then I cancelled any further visits. My reason for having them out in the first place was a major roly-poly problem in a partly below-grade area I'm finishing out as a room. The other was a closet in a bedroom where I'd seen brown recluse spiders. In both cases, I haven't seen any more critters since the original spray.

After purchase of their deal received 6 calls to set up one (the same) appointment. Have had to call them back even after they say they will call me. Have given them additional time each time. Not as happy with them as I could be or feel like I should be. Service tech is "ok". They say they will come out between regular service calls with that schedule being every two months. This is again a week past what they said they would do. Also have received different answers from people on the phone than the service tech so am not sure what to think of that.

They perfromed the service that was advertised on Angie's List. And it appears to be working quite well. I am pleased.

The ONLY problem I had was this operator called the day before to let me know my service was scheduled for the next day in a message. I called back for another day, but it was going to be another week. I explained, I had 2 area's that looked like gophers, and was told the "solution" would be available on the van. They said between 4pm and 6pm. The tech arrived at 10 am! no warning. And knew nothing about the gopher problem. He called his boss, and continued his service. Needless to say I was ready to kick them to the curb. However, his boss came the next day and did take care (i hope) of the gopher problem. I have had terminex, Rove, and Bulwark. I really do think the they do the BEST service,PERIOD! Communication need to improve.

Initially, we were extremely disappointed with the results. The office staff was professional; courteous. However, the sales rep who called promised much more than the tech could deliver. The follow-up was good but not effective. The tech was polite and nice but didn't spray as much as we thought he should have. We have no fewer pests than when Bulwark first came out. 10/31/15 Update: After our complaints were addressed with Bulwark, our issues were resolved to our satisfaction. It is disappointing when initial services don't go as promised, but if not for the determined efforts by Bulwark to make the situation right, we would have remained disappointed. Instead, Bulwark has another customer.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The service went fine except I need to call them back because the critters are showing their little faces again. I don't know if the treatment is supposed to be done again, but they were nice. I thought the service was very quick. I thought the price was excellent.

They did not do what I understood was supposed to happen. What I thought was supposed to happen was that they were supposed to take off the outlet covers and spray inside the wall.

This company is superior to any I have ever used in 25 years of home ownership. From carpenter ants to spiders to the gopher/mole in the yard they have kept my home well protected. They religiously follow up with a phone call after the treatment and will retreat at no charge however long it takes to resolve the issue. The office staff always answer the phone, even on weekends and they are usually available the next week if there is a need. Their bi-monthly treatments have been effective so much that I do not deal with the usual pests. When the ants are a problem as they often are in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area Bulwark stays after it until they are gone. I love this company and would not change to anyone else even if a competitor supposedly offered the same for less.

Great service. Purchased discount coupon on Angie's List. Got call next day and scheduled the treatment for the next day. I wasn't able to be at home at the time of treatment but they were on time.

It went real well. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional. He took off his shoes before stepping on the carpet. He put down a few catchmaster traps in strategic areas. I was very pleased with his work.

It was easy just called and they came out and did the work.

They did a decent job, but it was just average. They completed the work in about an hour.

It was great! No problems with them. They will come back up to 3 times after a treatment if you see any activity. They are pretty prompt too. We decided to go with a yearly maintenance plan with them after the Big Deal service.

The principal intent with this service seemed to be as a means of having a conversation with a sales person to contract for continuous service. It took several telephone calls by me to finally talk about scheduling the work. Technician came while wife was at home, presumably at the scheduled time. She was not familiar with the details of what he was to do, so he made the elections on what was actually done.

I had to call this Company 3-4 times to get the set ice scheduled and set, and there was mis understanding as to the scheduled and time causing me to have to make more calls to clarify . The overall service as explained over the phone was not what occurred. I have other exterminators service my home which I was much more pleased with in the past.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. He offered several scenarios for an extended plan. He also measured and gave me an estimate for a termite treatment at no cost so I was pleased.
