Breathe Easy & Clean Deans

They were terrific. We used Angie's List and we were very, very satisfied with the people that we got. The house is 20 years old and it was the contention of one of the inspectors that the ducts may never have been cleaned. These folks spent almost 3 or 4 hours and they went after every duct. The way they do it is that there's one last pipeline before it goes into the container and it was rattling all day long, but they did a terrific job. We put in new filters after they were done and they were almost clean. That's how good a job they did. The entire service for older house including the drier vent was $676 and there were 22 vents. Most of those guys charge by the vent. The inspector said that we really needed to do that and they did a terrific job. Their price was competitive. Their quality was an A+. They were very responsive. They were right on time. It took them longer than they expected because it was such a horrendous job, but they were here on time and they did a thorough job. They were a team of 5 guys and they were all awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Overall it went really well. The guys were prompt and professional. They explained what they were doing and were very thorough. I appreciated how careful they were on our new hardwood floors. I would definitely use them again.

Thorough Professional Job from start to finish. They had 22 ducts to clean, and took the trouble to clean out the plenum below the furnace, as well as some intermediate plenums. The worked hard most of the day.

Service man stated that the chimney needed extensive repair & would give estimate. Did not clean stating he would clean when he returned to do repairs (not knowing if he would be returning). We asked to have chimney cleaned at time of service. After three phone calls for estimate and two weeks waiting, we received estimate.

I originally called Clean Dean's for an estimate on air duct cleaning, but booked another company initially. The "other company" made me wait all day, and around 6pm that evening had not yet started the job. As they had demanded a housekey (shady!), I was in a panic to get someone reputable/reliable out within a 24 hour window of time before my new furnace was delivered. As I was haggling with the other company to return my key, the scheduler for Clean Dean's called to tell me they had a cancellation for the next morning. I gratefully booked them for the next morning, and they showed right on time. The employees were friendly, courteous, and got the job done thoroughly and promptly. They saved the day!!

It went very well, the chimney sweep was professional and took time to answer the questions I had, and informed me of the answers to some I hadn't thought of yet. I was very pleased with this company.

I called on 6-25 to arrange an estimate. I was given an estimate on the phone right on the spot based on the number of ducts in my home (9 including returns). I got a 15% discount for scheduling the work for the next day. The guys showed up 15 to 20 minutes late, but did good work when they arrived. They put down moving blankets to protect my carpet from dirt off the vacuum trunk running from my furnace out to their truck. As mentioned in other reviews, they connect their vacuum trunk right above the A-coil. Then they use pressurized air to knock the filth off the walls of the ducts, one at a time...and there was plenty of it. My house smelled better immediately (The house is 50+ years old and the ducts had clearly never been cleaned). Considering the amount of junk they got out of there, I know my HVAC has to be working more efficiently. Airflow is noticeably improved. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He came inside my home, did not leave a mess, and did the job quickly.

It went very well. While I had to leave, my husband was home to answer any questions. I am sorry I wasn't here to give them brownies and coffee when they were done! Sorry guys!

They were very affordable. Did a reasonably thorough job. When I had a problem with the service, they came back at no charge and reviewed and repeated all the work to ensure it was done well and complete.

Went great. The guys were all very nice and the house feels fresher and cleaner after having the ducts cleaned.

Great. Technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. Even cut me a break on the price when we realized there was a misunderstanding. We have a difficult flue to gain access to, but he struggled valiantly and without complaint, and overall managed it just fine.

IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT ONE AND A HALF HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS QUALITY JOB, SO I AM SATISFIED. MY CHIMNEY IS CLEAN UNTIL THIS COMPANY COMES BACK THE NEXT YEAR.

THE COMPANY IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST. THEY CAME AND GOT THE JOB DONE WITH NO HASSLE AND THEY DONT TRY TO OFFER ANY EXTRA SERVICE. THE JOB THEY DO IS THOROUGH AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY SHOWED UP AT LEAST AN HOUR EARLIER THAN WE HAD EXPECTED AND THEY STARTED WORKING RIGHT AWAY. SHORTLY AFTER THEY STARTED, THEY WERE FINISHED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

THEY LEFT ME A CHECK LIST OF ALL THE SERVICES THAT WERE DONE THAT DAY IN MY HOME. THEY WERE KIND AND VERY PERSONABLE AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN A DECENT TIME FRAME.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT CLEANING OUT THE AIR DUCTS. I REALLY THINK THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAD A SATISFIED CUSTOMER, THAT WOULD CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES.
