It was amazing. They gave me the Angie's List discount. They did everything perfectly. They were prompt and on time. They cleaned up everything before they left. I could tell the difference and there is much less dust in the house. They worked for 4 hours and it was really nice.

They were easy to schedule. Called to confirm. Called to tell me they were on their way. They arrived promplty. One man to do the chimney work and two for the vent work. They seemed knowledgeable and went right to work. They explained things and worked non-stop until they finsihed which took approximately 5 hours. This was the estimate I had been given over the phone for the number of vents in my house. My dryer vent has some quirky angles and they worked on it for at least 45 minuites to make sure it was completely clean. I can tell the difference in the dryers performance. Very pleased with the results.

First of all the arrangement of the appointment was very smooth and the dates where satisfactory to me as the user. The personnel came on time and worked in detail performing the work. They laid down some covers to minimize the dust and dirt that occurs during the cleaning. They were very thorough in their work it took over 5 hours. Then when everything was done they showed what they had done. Afterwards several minor issues came up of the operation of the HVAC and the personnel came back expediently and several times till all the problems were resolved. The service representative Mr. Todd was very forthcoming in his assistance so I believe he needs to be recognized in this review.

Arrived promptly on time, very efficient and professional. They explained everything they were doing and took great care with the air duct equipment in our house. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I purchased a home and had hardwood floors installed. Before moving in I contacted Breathe Easy to clean the vents. They arrived on the date and time promised, worked efficiently to clean the vents and did a great job. All of the employees were friendly and easy to work with from the scheduler to the workers. I received a discount for being an Angies List subscriber. I would recommend and definately use this company again.

The guys at Breathe Easy were prompt, respectful, and did a good job explaining what the service is and how often it should be performed. I would use them again.

Very well. He went up the roof and examined the chimney then gave his recommendations. He also fixed a screen that was covering the flue exit.

Scheduling was easy as the lady was very accommodating and quite professional. Once the technicians showed up, they explained exactly what they were going to do and once I was comfortable, they got right to work. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up any mess they made. I would definitely have them back out again.

Everything went well. The two young guys who came over had a very good work ethic and had no problem taking their time to do the job correctly.

They had to come to "re-clean" our ducts after the first company, who charged $900.00, but didn't get it right. We have a large house and there was an accidental cut through a duct when replacing our floors and somehow the first company completely missed the pile of construction material and dust. Worth the extra expense, probably would have been about the same if we had used them to begin with.

Received a call on Friday as a reminder they were coming on Monday. On Monday received a call from the tech that he was on his way - he arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. The work took about an hour - tech was very professional.

An appointment was made and kept on time. All parties involved were very cordial and addressed all my concerns. The subcontractors had left empty coke bottles and scrap sheetrock in the ductwork when the house was renovated, so I was glad these items were removed as well. My wife has allergies and this helped, IMHO, minimize her problems. The two worker were efficient and did a good job. They come highly recommended.

Breathe Easy & Clean Deans were very thorough and very professional. I liked that they looked it over and got busy. They were efficient.

I am not sure if I really needed my ducts cleaned or not. But I bought the place a few years ago and konw that the previous owner have never done such service. I am using better filters but decided to clean the ducts just in case. They arrived on time and executed the work as expected. Explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. They were very professional and did not try to "sell" any other services. Satisfied with the service.

I thought Breathe Easy & Clean Deans' price was a little bit high. It went reasonably well. I can't really see the result. They told me they were dirty and that they have cleaned them but I can't actually inspect the ducts. I suspect it was fine. I would have preferred they be a little more careful about our furnishings than they were. There was a moderate amount of furnishings that we had to clean up. So overall I'd give them a B. The technicians were two very young guys, one was college or high school the other one mid-twenties. The younger of the two was kind of looking around a lot. When you have people in your home you want them to be serious and focused on the job, not horsing around and doing a lot of checking. So one of the technicians was maybe less professional than I would prefer.

They did as advertised in a professional manner.

The two young men that serviced the units and cleaned the duct work were very nice, professional and worked diligently. They did a good job as far as I know. I am anxious to see if the cleaning helps with our dust control. They cleaned 36 vents and three units in approximately five hours. If my dust decreases and units perform better, I would be willing to have them come out again in a few years. I was pleased with the company service contact and they performed exactly on time and as they said they would. That means a lot. I thought it was a little pricey. I was thinking that after 20 air ducts they might discount the next ones, but there was no discount. That would have been nice. But, if the dust disappears, it will all be worth it! Nice job and I would highly recommend.

They were able to accommodate our short notice. They called ahead to see if they could drop by earlier, which was a big plus. Although the duct work was basically in good shape, except for the usual constuction dust, he got right to the job as well as let us know 'what was what', so to speak. He checked filters and, since they were in good shape, he informed us of this fact and advised how much longer we could use before replacement. After the fact, the air conditioner went off and the next day, for moving, it was rather warm. It appeared that a safety device, should the furnace door not be closed completely, would turn the unit off. I was going to call the next work day and advise Dean's of this fact. However, once closed by us, it again popped open several times during the weekend. So, it appears that was an issue with this new home, new to us, and was no fault of Dean's. We had not used Dean's prior to this event. However, we will use them again, should the need arise. My only concern is that we felt the charge for the service was a little high. SInce I did not shop around too much prior to engaging Dean's services, I do not truly know whether that is a standard rate or not.

I was pleased with them. They were prompt, thorough, and didn't make a mess. I give them A's on everything.
