.The company that I first called and used I was not happy with their work because before they even left there was soot or mold or something blowing out of the ducts and they, I forget what they told me, and that was after they cleaned it. And I had to have someone professional, independent come and look at the air ducts and he suggested I changed them all out. And once we got them out we could see how filthy they were and that was right after they cleaned up. So I had to call the business back and they came and looked at it, the manager, the owner and they ended up refunding the whole, oh it's from Breathe Easy, they gave me a full refund on that house of 336.50 and then they came and looked at my house that they had done and said oh well I think they did your house really well. Of course I accepted their word for it but no they did a very bad job.

Service person called prior to arrival, was polite and efficient.

I called on Thursday and asked for a sweep and inspection of my fireplace as we had heard some water dripping last fall. (We didn't use it this winter due to that and didn't want to schedule during peak months). I called on Thursday 3/3/2016 and requested services expecting it to be several weeks lead time. The young lady said I have something tomorrow between 12 and 2 arriving no later than 2 would you like it. I express my pleasure at getting something so quick and said yes. She re-iterated ok I have you down for tomorrow between 12 and 2. ...fast forward to tomorrow Friday 3/4. I took 1/2 a day off in order to meet the technician. It's now 2:30, so I call up and ask what up. I haven't heard from anyone. A different lady says let me look you up. She said I have the appointment listed for 3/5 Saturday from 12-2. I explained to her the discussion from Thursday and she said "Oh, I bet I know what happened. I heard her say several times yesterday that she keeps thinking it's Friday. I bet when she told you tomorrow, it was during the time she thought it was Friday." I expressed my displeasure that I took 1/2 a day away from work and verified I would see someone for sure on Sat. 3/5 between 12 and 2. Technician was actually there early, but called first and I had someone there to greet him since I was at my grand-daughters soccer game. Which is why I gave the "D" rating for Punctuality rather than an "F" like I was going to. I asked if he heard what happened and he confirmed it. So, I dropped the overall rating to a "B" rather than an "A" due strictly to the fact that No one ever tried to contact me to attempt to "make it right". I had received a 20% coupon in the mail due to being a repeat customer and bundling a sweep and inspection together was an added savings. Pricing was very reasonable. But no personal follow up or care due to the scheduling was a let down. Other than that, they would have received the highest ratings all the way up and down. The Tech was able to identify some problem areas and recommended a mason to make the repairs to stop the leaking.

Was good that I had inspection done, The worker told me I needed work done on my chimney or could be fire hazard, plus crown leaking and causing damage inside chimney. Hired company to come back and repair chimney on 10/23/15

Technician was friendly and gave an honest effort to get the ducts cleaned. The furnace is in an older house and is hard to get to. Long story short, the technician could not access the plenum without tearing up the furnace because of the way it was installed. Not a big deal.... The part I have a problem with is the fact that they still charged me a $90 service call fee. I paid $90 and got absolutely nothing in return. This is a poor way of doing business in my opinion. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Thomas was newly certified, but was very professional and got right to work. He presented the findings of the inspection to me in a way I could understand. The gentleman with Thomas (to observe his interaction with customer) was very helpful with answering my questions about the fireplace and blower.

We arrived home on Friday from a trip to find water had entered our air vents, causing a loud gurgleing sound coming out of our floor vents when the air-conditioning was turned on. We searched Angie's List and found Beathe Easy and its good ratings and called on Saturday morning. Two servicemen arrived as scheduled first thing Monday morning and were professional and efficient and removed about 20 gallons of water from our vent system. We will definitely call them again for any vent related issues and highly recommend their services.

He was a fireman from one of the small communities around here and does this on the side. While he was here, he asked me if I had fire alarms installed because he didn't see any. I assured him I would buy fire alarms and install them. He didn't want to charge the agreed upon price because he didn't wind up doing anything. We had to schedule about three weeks ahead. What stood out the most about him was that he was being honest with me. I did appreciate the fact that he wanted to make sure that I had fire alarms and fire extinguishers. I did not think that that was a nosy question. I thought it was perfectly legitimate. He got some flash light and looked from above and then came inside and looked and he made some suggestions when he left and I have not followed through on them. He told me I needed to have the outside chimney repaired because slivers of brick are falling off. I managed to unhinge the fireplace cover and he managed to get that back in place for me. I would recommend him. I found out some other things that he does. When I get around to getting those things done, I'll probably call him back. He was on time. He knew what he was doing. He was willing to share information with me.

Went very well, tech showed up on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Travis was the technician who cleaned our chimney. He was very professional. He took care to leave area in front of fireplace clean. After cleaning and inspecting the chimney he explained what he did and had some recommendations on some issues with the fireplace. Travis wrote out step by step what he did and what he recommended. He was very proficient in explaining and answering questions. We scheduled a time for Travis to do the additional work . On his return Travis was again very professional and explained what he did and answered my questions about future maintenance. We had a very good experience with Breathe easy and would recommend and use them again. Dennis Harrell

It took a while to get an appointment scheduled, I guess they are quite busy. Once we were able to get them out though, they did a great job.

He called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was efficient, clean and professional. After he had finished, he gave us a full report with the repairs that he recommended. Highly recommend and would use again.

They have very good reviews on Angie's List and after speaking with them, they seemed to be very knowledgeable in their field. They cleaning went very well. There was one issue that we had, as they were moving from room to room they would drag the hose along the base of the wall as they turned a corner which left some black marks on the walls. It wasn't damaged in any way, we had just moved in to the home so it was a bit annoying. We just wish that they had been a bit more careful moving about the house.

We liked them, and we will continue to use them in the future.

They were timely, professional and they did what they said they were gonna do. They had a followup letter, followup call to see how their service went. It's A all the way through. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Their previous job took longer than expected, so they called to let us know they would be later than scheduled. Once they arrived, they did a walk through to see the location of all vents, as well as the A/C unit. They took off their shoes once inside our home, and also made certain that the hose did not rub against any corner walls or trimboard. They were absolutely professional, thorough, polite, and clean and careful. We will definitely use them again when it is time to clean the air ducts.

Two young men showed up on time. They were professional and polite. I was told unfortunately the vacuum hose would not fit into my ducts so used a blow out method. It took about three hours. I have no way of knowing how effective this method was.

The house originally smelled unclean and dirty, and they came in and in about two to three hours they were able to clean all the air ducts and not leave a mess. They also put in a deodorant in the air system, but attaching it to the air conditioner blower, and the house actually was cleaner and smelled cleaner. They came at the appointed time, they did the appointed work and did not leave a mess and they were very satisfactory. Their pricing was reasonable. The men who did the work were very caring. I have also used them for bidding on cleaning my chimney. They provided me with a competitive bid for that work as well.

It went very well and they provided a very thorough inspection. Our chimney had a number of issues which they detailed, provided and estimated the cost of the repairs.

He returned one week later and did a professional & thorough job. He was prompt & called ahead to let us know he was on his way to our address for both appointments.

Called for prices and scheduled appt. for two days later. Angie's Coupon Discount applied at office at time of call. Scheduled between 12 and 5. Jake called 15 minutes before his arrival at 12:30. The sweep was thorough and took less than an hour. Jake was extremely pleasant and professional. He answered all our questions, even those not pertaining to the service. Presented the coupon and the costs were the same as quoted. Great service experience, we'll be calling them next time too.

Dean's answered their phone. That was a good start. The were very friendly and completed everything they said would be done. Both of the service men were friendly and explained everything they did. I called one other place listed on Angie's list. I had to leave a message on voice mail and the call was never returned.
