They did a beautiful job. One old storm window broke Matt called to tell me they had broken it, and they replaced it promptly. Could not ask for a better outcome.

Matt , the owner, was very responsive and professional. The window cleaner, John, was terrific! The windows are sparkling and he was so professional. It can be difficult to have a worker inside the house, but he was almost "invisible" as he went about his work.

John was very thorough doing the windows and they are all sparkling clean. He was considerate -- doing the inside first in case I needed to leave the house before he was done, and worked steadily. After climbing a ladder to get to a high window, he noticed his ladder had left marks where it leaned against the wall, and he was careful to erase them. It rained soon after the washing and Matt (the owner) offered to rewash anything that needed it. We didn't take him up on his offer, but it was a nice gesture.

It went VERY well. We had just moved in and we could just not get the windows clean, primarily on the outside. Matt arrived as scheduled, was very professional, offered us some insights into keeping the windows clean, and did excellent work. We would hire Better Windows again.

Matt arrived timely. He did all the inside windows first and then did the outside. He went back through the house and checked each window and did some small corrections to make them perfect. He wanted us to be 100% satisfied. We were so happy that we have asked him to clean them quarterly!

Eight windows were older with storm windows. Pete took the storm windows off and did a great job cleaning these old windows with no breakage. Highly recommend this man to anyone for cleaning windows , new and old no matter.

Very responsive to inquiry all. Estimate scheduled within a day. Cleaning could have been completed within two days, but that didn't work for my schedule. Very flexible in scheduling. Technician very professional and thorough. It took longer than anticipated; however, my windows were quite dirty.

These guys were great! As it turns out, my windows were a "pain in the the you know what". But these guys held true to their word, and cleaned them to a sparkling shine.

Very good communication/customer service. Estimated what it ended up costing. No overruns/surprises. Showed up as scheduled without fanfare. Professional. One person started the job and two finished it on time. Came back a few days later to check work and windows look great! I thought the price was maybe a little high, but the windows hadn't been cleaned in quite a while so no complaints there. Hoping that we get into a routine of 2-3 times per year and hoping the cost will come down as the labor should as well. I would highly recommend Better View!

Provider showed up on time, asked before entering private areas of the house and gave me the opportunity to review and suggest any corrections to his work. He was neat, professional and very mindful of my flower gardens leaving no hint he had entered into them to clean the outside windows. I've recommended this provider to my family and neighbors and they all love this very affordable service.

We had a problem where a shop vac being used to clean the window trays filled the house with dust. Matt took care of the issue to our satisfaction. Because of his responsiveness and how he handled the issue we will use him again and would highly recommend him.

Matt is very professional and responsive. He worked within my schedule and reminded me the day before my appointment, as well as calling me before coming to my home. He's very serious about delivering the best possible service and I will use him again in the future. I recommend him highly!

They left everything clean and did not leave a mess. They had to remove the screens, clean the windows, and then put everything back. They did a very good job. They were very professional and punctual.

Matt and another worker arrived timely. Both walked throught my home, looking at the windows and planning access to one especially high up. They gave me an estimate of the cost, which was reasonable. I noticed Matt had a broken hand in a cast and offered them to come later but he said he would be fine. Both worked hard and efficiently, thought it took several hours since I have many windows. I was amazed at the difference in my view after the windows had been cleaned. I plan to have them do the same on the inside windows this summer. They were very thorough, hard-working, and professional. I give them the highest of recommendations.

I originally made an appointment to have the exterior windows washed. Matt Schroeder (owner) made the appoingtment and said he would also give me an estimate for the interior when he arrived. I received a friendly "reminder" email of the appointment the day prior to his coming. He came right on time, went around the outside and counted the windows. He quoted me a price to just wash, one to scrape, too, and another to wash the interior windows. When I told him I could not pay that much, he said he could do it all for a lesser amount. A bundle price. He did the inside first because he didn't want to take the chance of bringing mud inside. There are two windows side-by-side and he showed me the difference the washing made. They all look great!
