Description of Work: Based on reviews I called Chuck with Best Blinds to measure and give me an estimate for faux wood blinds. We made an appointment for the next day at 2:00 P.M.; he asked me how many windows were involved and I told him and that it was in a mobile home. He not only didn't show up for the appointment but didn't have the decency to even call. I live in a mobile home because I choose to not that I have to. So $711.00 will go in someone elses bottom line and not his.

+ -1 moreOwner, Chuck Tilley, came to our home and showed me samples of various types of window treatments. He didn't try to influence my decision but gave me several different estimates based on the cost of different types of blinds. Once I had chosen the type of blinds I wanted, he helped me find a color that would look good in our home. I gave him a 50% deposit. About 2 weeks later he called to say the blinds were in. We decided on a day and time for him to install, and he arrived almost precisely at the agreed upon time. He had estimated that the installation would take about 2 hours; it actually took just one hour. He cleaned up well after the work was done, and the blinds look beautiful.
Description of Work: Faux wood blinds were installed in our home.

Description of Work: Very professional service for window blinds. The actual blinds were for the most part well made but a few of the slats were warped. I believe this happened after the blinds settled somewhat. They do provide a lifetime guarantee as long as we own the home, so I'll have them fixed.
