They did a very good job. I took the chairs in for recaining and they suggerste tightening the chairs up. This was added and I am extreemly happy with the job

I was very impressed with this company and the woman who waited on me when I took my cushions in. Especially so because she suggested a less expensive alternative to what I thought needed to be done. I thought the foam needed to be replaced, but she said they could just fix it.....I don't remember the details of how. She didn't tell me specifically when they would be ready, but based on a previous call when she said they were very busy and I should wait until the following week to bring them in, I assumed it would just be a few days. I can't remember what day I took them in....either Tuesday or Wednesday. I called the following Monday or Tuesday to see if they were ready and they hadn't even started on them. I was upset by this because I had company coming arriving in a couple of days and I needed them. I tried to explain this to her, but she got very angry and ugly about it and said she wouldn't discuss it any longer and hung up the phone. Later in the day I got a call from someone else telling me the cushions were ready. As far as the quality of the work, they looked great when I picked them up but did not hold up very long. Replacing the foam would have been a better option.

They do anything and everything for me. I have used them for at least seven years. I like their attention to detail and timeliness. Their communication is unbelievably wonderful. They are going to do more stuff in a couple of weeks for me.

I love that they're a family-owned business. I love that I deal with the same people every time, and I can talk to them, and I don't have to worry about a language barriers. It's easy to work with them, and the people that come to your home; it's easy to tell them what you need, and that's comfortable for me.
