He came out and checked it and found it to not be functioning correctly. I bought the part and he installed it. He's courteous, careful with appliances and he's on time. He does my rental properties as well and just sends me the bill.

I had used Beene in the past on some toilet repairs and decided to give them a try on this one. I called about 9 am and was told they would be out that afternoon. About 10:30 I got a call that they had finished a job early and wanted to know if they could come out now. Within 15 minutes they arrived. Upon viewing the worst of the two fawcett's I was given two options, one to replace the entire assembly (a long frost safe fawcett assembly) or simply replace the top syphon valve. Replacing the assembly would require going inside an cutting a hole in the wall to get to the assembly. (I had been told this before, since it was installed at the time of construction, 15 years earlier) He asked whether I wanted to replace the syphon on both fawcetts. I decided to do both. He left to pick up the parts and within 20 minutes was back completing the work. The gentleman who came by was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recomend Beene.
