First of all, they were early which started the move early which worked out great for me! Secondly, they worked hard as a team to get my things out of my old apt into my new apartment in a timely fashion even though they ran into challenges with items in my old apartment. Then, once we arrived at my new apartment, they were willing to unbox my new dressers and set them up for me even as far as wanting to put the knobs on the dressers for me which I declined, but was grateful and amazed that they asked. They installed my washer and dryer for me without even asking and after they were done they took the big boxes that the dressers came in to the dumpster for me which wasn't a short walk! Even though we went over the allotted two hours, I was HAPPY to pay them and was pleased with the price b/c I thought it would've been more! They went ABOVE and BEYOND what they were asked to do and I am THOROUGHLY pleased with their service! I would DEFINITELY use them again and will tell EVERYONE about their service! They are well worth it!!!

I called them and made an appointment date. They called to ask if I could move the date up one day and that was even more convenient for me. They also called on the morning of the move date and said they finished a job early and wanted to give me the opportunity for an earlier time. They were scheduled for 3:30 pm and were able to start at 1:00 pm instead, which again was more convenient for me. They introduced themselves in a very professional way. There was another moving truck outside our downtown building and they cordially worked out their parking with the other company so that they would not interfere in each others space. I thought that was very professional too. They moved all the items into their truck without any further direction from me. I met them at the offsite storage and they unloaded the truck quickly and unloaded another storage building at the same time. They were very good at organizing the items in a convenient manner so that I could get to everything without a problem. Not one thing was broken. The job took them about 3hr45 min including the driving time to the offsite facility.

They were great! They were on time and worked quickly to get the job done. Our moving truck was not quite big enough, and they worked hard to pack everything efficiently. The quote was $55 an hour. When they got there I was told about a 3 hour minimum that I wasn't told about before. But the job took exactly 3 hours, so no harm, no foul.

We had a lot of heavy furniture and they worked to get it moved quickly and safely. They didn't take a lot of breaks and they were careful to wrap things that might get scratched. They also drove carefully.
