 + -1 moreThey arrived within an hour, (on a Saturday morning!), were efficient and courteous. They did the work in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with them. Recommend them and will not hesitate to call again.
Description of Work: Gear on the garage door broke...of course on a Saturday morning. I found this business was open 24/7 and didn't charge extra for Satrdays 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 + -1 moreAwesome!!!! They were at my door in 30 minutes. Very professional and Courteous.
Description of Work: Replaced my motor. I was told by another company that the cost would be first 2,000.00 ( new motor and door)then when i said I wanted to think about it they dropped to 1500.00. I am happy I decided to get a second opinion. B&B said I needed to replace my motor ONLY and they did some minor adjustments to my garage door. All for 348.00$. I would definitely see them again!

So fast, I was shocked to find out they had left to go get an unusually sized part. This is our third time to use them. Very polite and easy to deal with. They get the job done without delays. I appreciate Wade and Ray - very much.

 + -1 moreI ordered the replacement sections from the manufacturer. Once I had received them, I called B and B Garage Doors. Within an hour, Wade and Ray Simon were at my house. Ray took a look at my door and gave me an estimate of $90. This was a very competitive bid. He said he could do the work right then and there--the other company had said they couldn't get to it until 2 days later--so I said, and quot;Let's do it.and quot; Ray was very knowledgeable--said he'd been working on garage doors for over 26 years. He quickly disassembled the bent sections from the door, replaced them with the new sections I had already ordered, and then lubed all of the rollers and bearings. As he tested the door by raising and lowering it, he noticed that a couple of the rollers were binding along the upper portion of one of the tracks. He adjusted the track and drilled a new mounting hole in order to do this. Now my door works even better than it did when it was new! And to top it off, Ray didn't charge me any extra for this (I tipped him though). I would highly recommend B and B Garage Doors. They are honest, do great work at a reasonable price, and they stand behind what they say. You can't ask for better than this!

I like that they were able to get to me the same day and I like that he recommended some things to keep the door in good repair like things I can do and they seemed professional. They were also about $10 lower on their service fee. Most of them were $85 to come out and he was about $75.

 + -1 morethe crew showed up, and within 10 minutes was working on the removal of the spring. Very polite, clean, and professional. The technicial apologized for taking so long because he had an old football injury that was acting up but as i was already thinking it would take 3-4 hours for me, i figured it would take them at least half that time. I was shocked when it was completed in about 1 hr and then they started inspecting and adjusting as needed. the work slowed down at that point but it was obvious that the inspection and adjustment was beign done at a comfortable rate. overall the job was outstanding and i can now get in and out of my garage without incident.
Description of Work: The torsion spring had broken on my garage door. I initially thought of doing the work myself but finding parts locally wasn't going to happen and I didn't want to wait for parts to be delivered from online. I contacted a couple garage door companies to get an estimate over the phone and a potential time to have the work completed. several companies offered to dispatch a tech to perform an inspection and provide a quote on the spot but i could physically see the spring was broken, and was operating the door when it snapped so I really didn't need someone to provide an inspection and then quote. B&B was the first company to give a price over the phone, and could be here within 2 hours. That fit my schedule better than waiting until later. The crew (Wade and Ray) arrived and removed and replaced both springs, performed a system inspection, lubed and adjusted as needed the entire system within 1.5 hrs. total price was $194.05. I had priced the springs needed and they would have cost $88.00 with free shipping, but it would have taken a few days to arrive, and then i would have had to install them. I am quite handy with tools and felt comfortable that i could have performed the job, but it would have probably taken me closer to 3-4 hours IF i didn't screw something up first. My time and money was well spent, and the guys were outstanding.
