The contact agent, Kathy, was a very polite and courteous communicator. She made sure we understood everything and provided excellent follow up when the service call was done. The repairman, Jordan, was very informative and thorough in both repairing our door, setting expectations, and repairing our door. I would recommend Atomic Door Service to anyone.

He clearly explained what The garage door needed and completed the work quickly. He did an overall adjustment of the door and opener. I think it works better now then when it was a new door! They did a great job. They explained to me what was the issue with my old door and replaced it with a great new door. They installed the door really fast, and were very thorough with the adjustment of my garage door opener. The tech also went over all the details of the new door and how to take care of it. Great company, they replaced my springs and also replaced a few hinges and adjusted the door operating mechanism at no extra charge. Very professional and honest tech and company, also they came within 2 hours of me calling them on a Friday morning. Awesome!
