ASHES AWAY CHIMNEY SWEEP CO

We called to get our chimney cleaned after we moved into a new house. The service was wonderful. They called as they were available before the scheduled time and after inspecting it, they told us we really didn't need the cleaning but did a thorough inspection. They also answered all our questions about our new fireplace so we know how to use it safely! Woule definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent work and service. After a chimney fire Jeff and his team responded immediately. Alex did a great job cleaning and inspecting the fireplace and chimney. A new chimney cap was installed in an exceptionally timely manner. Jeff runs a great company with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Ashes Away. I know I will be their customer from now on.

THEY DID A HORRENDOUS JOB. THEY DIDN'T GET MY NOTE ABOUT THE KEY, SO THEY DIDN'T GO INTO OUR HOUSE. SINCE THEY DIDN'T GET IN, THEY LEFT A HUGE PILE OF ASH AT THE BASE OF OUR FIREPLACE. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME AND CLEAN THAT.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB IN FIVE HOURS. THEY WERE VERY NEAT ABOUT THEIR JOB, AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME IN DOING THE JOB. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY PICKED UP EVERYTHING.
