Brad was great to work with! He came to our house to see what a disaster restoration company had done to our existing granite during water mitigation. He wrote a letter for our insurance company explaining the damage to our granite and quoting replacement costs. He met us at a slabyard and helped us select a slab to use in our kitchen and helped us get a good deal on the slab. His crew came to our house and made templates for our new counter and within a few days they had the new granite cut and installed. We are SO happy with the beautiful work they did and felt like their price was really fair. A+ service!

We attended a home show at the Tulsa Fairgrounds in January, idly glancing at countertop vendor displays. We wanted granite but didn’t feel we could fit it into our renovation budget. However, Artisan Stoneworks had a show special on granite that caught our attention and the pattern was a good fit with our cabinet and paint choices. The show price was 30% less than quotes from other vendors and big box stores, so we thought it was probably too good to be true. We walked around the show, took a second look at the granite displays, checking seam skills and available materials. We gravitated back to the Artisan Stoneworks booth because of the material, the nearly invisible seams, and the price. After confirming that the special was good for several weeks and that it was indeed the installed price, we left with literature. Within two weeks, we'd checked online reviews, read everything we could find and decided to get an estimate. Jennifer did our estimate, answered my many questions (cuts, demo, installation process, preparation, etc.), and e-mailed our quote within 24 hours. There were no surprises in the pricing; the quote was within $50 of what we had estimated when we measured. Within a week and ahead of schedule, we had our lovely new counters. Brad answered my calls and arranged for custom metal corbels to avoid unsightly bracing. Jennifer followed up to confirm dates and arrange for us to approve the actual granite. The shop foreman, Darryl, took time to show us our slab and gave us a sample so we could pick out a backsplash. Clayton made the extra effort to be sure that the template accurately reflected some odd corners in our kitchen. Much to my surprise, the counters were ready ahead of schedule. On installation day, Allen and Matt arrived right on time. They worked quickly to brace the corner sink area, check the existing dishwasher to be sure we could install a new one easily, and to fit a tricky spot where the oven door opened. Their on-site cut for our cooktop was a perfect fit. They finished in far less time that I expected but not before cleaning up and giving me some excellent maintenance tips. Their experience was clearly evident in the attention to detail and efficiency. We are very happy with our new counters and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors.
