I did have to have them come back and fix the baseboards around the tile, but they did and did a great job.

The time guy, Josh was excellent. On time, worked a full day and cleaned up after himself. Plus great work.

They do not communicate with you at all. You call and leave messages and no one calls you back. It took almost 2 weeks before someone finally calls you back to schedule. I finally got a hold of someone on a Sunday, only because I left a not so nice message his phone. They do excellent work but I will not recommend or hire them again due to lousy service and communication.

Working with Frank was great! He responded quickly to all of my questions whether it was through calls or texts and helped greatly through my indecisiveness! We definitely recommend ARRT they helped with a new backsplash, mantel and even installing our screen door!! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great customer service went out of their way to do a great job. Partically to detail and left area clean each day.

Frank went out of his way to go to OKC right before Christmas to pick up some missing material only to find out the material needed was in Dallas. Frank is a man of his word and drove on to Dallas just for a few bullnose tiles that he was shorted by his supplier. Great value for the price and excellent customer service! Will use again for future renovations!

I am very pleased with the painting done on my bathroom ceiling. Frank arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job very efficiently. But more importantly, the quality of the repair work and painting produced a better result than I expected. The customer service was great and I intend to hire him for more work!!

They did a wonderful job taking up our old flooring and laying our new tile! We love the way it turned out!

With crazy Oklahoma weather and rain in the forecast the guys were able to get the roof replaced in a day and a half staying until dark on the final evening to beat the rain. I couldn t be more please with the results and will using them again this fall to replace my gutters.
