+ -1 moreOn 10/5, I called Steve from Aqua Sprinkler, advised him I was referred by my neighbor, and he took all my info down, told me he would be out 10/14 at 10:00am. After having to wait 9 days for the appointment, he doesn’t show up. I called at 10:40am left a message, to see when he’s going to show up.. Steve called back at 1pm, claims he didn’t have appointment written down. But he had all my information. Then says he can come out sometime next week…. So that to me is extremely poor professionalism and lack of respect for a person’s time. Maybe I should bill him for a days lost wages because he neglected to write down appointment time that HE gave me.

+ -1 moreThese guys have taken care of my system for 10 years, adding, removing, changing to meet the needs of my 1/2 acre of gardens, new outbuildings and so on. I love these guys and recommend them HIGHLY!!!
