Appraisals & Estate Sales by Lottie

I had the best experience with Lottie and her team taking on the estate sale of my MIL's house. She is simultaneously fun, energetic and respectful and understanding, as my partner's Mother had recently passed away. This is our first experience with the world of estate sales. We found Lottie by going to a sale in a nearby neighborhood. I realized that Lottie comes with a large contacts database and has a nice following in Tulsa and surrounding which comes from years of doing great work. We couldn't have been more happy with the process. Lottie worked with our schedule. She and her team took the time to research my MIL's items in a house that had over 40 years of family and living in it. The staging and photos of Lottie and team's work was wonderful. We were not in Oklahoma during the entire process but had full confidence in them. We were very realistic about our expectations as far as the cost of doing business, such as the need for a dumpster and trucks to haul away things for charitable donations. We were very happy to know the sale included a complete clean out so the house could be put on the market. Because of Lottie's reach and fanbase, people were lined up before the first sale day started! Upon completion we netted more than we expected! I wish I had more reasons to work with Lottie!

She was not responsive in returning phone calls and when we finally set up an appointment, she did come. After we thought was a good meeting, we never heard from her again. We called, texted and emailed as well as called. Very unprofessional in that if she did not want to continue our job she could have let us know. We made arrangments using the plan we made with her. After a month, we had to scrambled to find another organization to do the service.

I highly recommend Lottie Stevens and her team to anyone contemplating an estate sale. Lottie recently handled a sale for our family when our father passed away. She was professional, organized, and knowledgable. She did a great job of pricing everything in the house, running a top-notch sale for 3 days and getting us top dollar for a houseful of furniture and personal belongings. In addition, Lottie is truly a kind and compassionate lady extremely tuned to the emotional side of liquidating a loved-one's possessions. She did everything she promised. When the sale was over her team arranged for all remaining unwanted items to be removed from the premises and left the house immaculate, which was an added bonus. Thank you Lottie for the great job!

it went GREAT. Better than I ever thought. Lottie knows how to display the items for so attractively. It made everything look appealing. Lottie is very social media and tech savvy. She has a very large following of customers around town and in NE Oklahoma.

It didn't -- Lottie did not show, and has not responded to written requests that she address the serious problems she caused. My parents were unable to sell any of the items, and if it were not for the Salvation Army, they would have been unable to empty their home in time form the closing. Lottie created a very stressful situation for my parents and for us, who all were depending on her to do what she said she would do.

We have all missed an appointment, but I for one am extremely apologetic on the rare occasion when it happens. Lottie just blew me off and hung up on me.
