Steven did a very good job, although he did not cut all the branches agreed upon under his quote his first trip out. I had taken photographs and marked on prints the branches I thought should be removed and asked his opinion on others while he was at the house for the quote. He didn't have his stump grinder that time and we discussed over the phone that he would come back with that. I noticed later that not all the branches had been removed. I called and he removed them when he came back out with the stump grinder. He had left the photographs at home when he came the first time. I think he is a good guy, and I does better work for the price than others I've tried. But, I will take photos again next time to document our agreement. I know he was also busy due to having an Angie's list special.

The whole process of taking down the big tree, trimming trees on the North and South Side that were starting to hang to close to the roof, disposing of all the cut material, clearing all the debris from the roof and the gutters, went very well. Steve is a hard worker, and rarely stops to rest. He's a conscientious person, kind, thoughtful, and helpful in all ways. He certainly knows what he's doing, and is very professional in every way. YAY!

I had used Anderson's Tree Service a couple of times in the past for small jobs. I asked Stephen to trim a couple of very large trees at a rent house I owned. He and a helper arrived on time. It was even on a holiday, which neither of us realized when we had set up the appointment. I was there to make sure all of the limbs I wanted cut got done. Stephen was very patient with me as I had him climb up and down the tree as I found even more limbs that needed to be taken care of. He was quick and worked hard. The project took about 3 hours. Overall, I have been pleased with Anderson's Tree Service and will continue to use them on future projects

Anderson gave me an estimate. Asked if I was going to use coupons. I agreed no need to use coupons if we agree on the prices, which we did for $300. Came a week later and started trimming the trees as agreed. He mentioned coupons were no longer available online half way through the job, but I didn?t think much of it since we agreed on a set price without coupons. After work was completed and paid him $300 cash. He said this is not what we agreed on, it was $500, but it will be $300 with coupons; knowing well the coupons were no longer available and he could have said price has changed before starting the job. I offered to meet him half way and give him another $100 (total of $400) after he became belligerent. He refused and I called the police to deescalate the issue. Called me names, tried to get me in trouble with the police because of my car tag and was telling my children their father was a rat. Very unprofessional and immature NEVER use his services even if his bid was the cheapest. My mistake I trusted him on his word. My advice is require a written contract agreement with anyone you hire

Provider didn't push for more work: did the $99 for $200 worth of work. Speedy, in and out.

Representative came out to my house to discuss all work needed right away, and we made an agreement, however, (my bad) I had not discussed the work with my Wife before making the decision and she did not want to have the work completed at this time. So I contacted Anderson Tree Service and they were VERY understanding and told me what I needed to do to get a refund. They were terrific!

I purchased an Angie's List special ($99 for $200) for tree trimming. I was contacted by Steven Anderson the day after I purchased the special. He came out the same day to give an estimate and we set an appointment to complete the work for the following week. Steven showed up on time with one crew member. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with his work. The work consisted of removing several large limbs from a pecan tree and trimming a few limbs from a couple of other trees. He even cut a few limbs that weren't part of the original deal at no further charge. He hauled the limbs to the street and shredded. I was overall very pleased with Steven and the job he did. While it was a small job, he had further recommendations for work that I may have done in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to call Anderson Tree Service when I have other tree work to be done.

Stephen Anderson was not at all punctual in his two meetings with my husband or me. We made several appointments for our service and was contacted by his wife(office manager), but not directly by him. He was not at all punctual and continually gave excuses as to why he was not at our scheduled appointments to complete the contracted work. We had at least two, full business days lost in our lives, due to waiting on him to show and he NEVER did. He was very unprofessional and quite immature in our final dealing with him. He was not at all what I would consider a professional or experienced business man. He needs to re-evaluate his business and hire professional tree cutters and site managers. If he is the "face" of his business, he will not gain many customers. His customer service would be rated a ZERO. I would not recommend him to anyone! He did not complete the hired job due to his lack of commitment and unprofessionalism. He was fired, and I need my money back!

He was very nice to walked around and give me an estimate for service. Unfortunately, a huge storm blew through our neighborhood about a week after he had been by and the large branch we were most concerned with having cut down, snapped off and blew across the yard. Because so much damage occurred in the area, people came by that evening to offer to cut and haul off the debris. We hired that person to remove the really large broken limb so we don't need Mr. Anderson at this time. We'll keep his name for future trimming. Thank you.

High Quality Service and Performance! Responsive to phone inquiries. Scheduled Quickly. Owner/Operator is very skilled and was able to handle a wide variety of tough tasks. He knows his business and has a wealth of experience and indepth knowledge of the business. His Associate staff was efficient, helpful, polite and knew their business. They had creative solutions to tough problems I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing Tree Trimming Services!

All went okay. Results were as expected.

Steven came by my house on a Saturday and gave me a quick overview of how to save the tree - the following week he came by to perform the task and without fail it looks better than I would have imagined. We're very happy with the work.

I cant afford this at this time. Would call Anderson Tree service when I schedule pruning

Steve and two men came out on time, cut down our maple tree, ground up the stump, and trimmed the oak tree. Anderson was the cheapest of three estimates.

They gave me a senior discount which was helpful. It was a very good experience and I would use this company again.
