I contacted him twice and he did not respond. Did not get a call-he did sent me an email wondering if I wanted an estimate. He did not provide me with a number to call. I sent him an email saying I guessed he did not want my business and he did not respond at all to that.

It went very well. I would recommend them because I had asked a friend who have used them in the past so that's why I went with them.

I believe that you had all the details in the previous in" What did the provider do"Or do you want the time that I finished my coffee and make a phone call to my wife to tell her where I went as it was still early in the morning and I didn't leave her a note as to where I had gone

Provider was able to schedule his work to fit my schedule and was on time for the appointments. My wife & I love this work and it was done very professionally and looks like a factory tint. We are very pleased with his work. If you need any window tinting done this is the place to go. Good people work here.

It was a very smooth and good job. I have no complaints other than it was probably a little pricey but they did a great job.

The representative was extremely professional and had an excellent demeanor of how he did his measurements and presented his results. Even though in the end we did not hire the service, since it was above our budget, the treatment was so good that in case we do proceed it would be through this company.

Stopped in 09-11-13 and set up appointment for 09-12-13 at 9 am. Arrived at 9 am and they showed me different tint shades on the employees vehicles and allowed me to sit inside of their vehicles so I could see the actual tint with the door closed in the outside daylight. This helped me decide on the amount of tint I wanted and was a great help. They went to work immediately on my Prist. When they were finished and pulled my car outside I went and sat in my car and was shocked!!! It was an EXCELLENT JOB and I could not believe how great it was. I loved the tinted windows and it was exactly what I wanted!!! They looked like they came from the factory because the windows were so perfect!!!

The technician was quite rude, apparently deciding that spending a single moment with us was wasting his time. According to him, it is impossible to repair or replace the system in this automobile, and he shunted us off rudely.

I visited the store the week before my appointment to look at the window tints available, and to get a general feel of the business. Entering the shop I was greeted promptly and a wall display of the window tints was shown and explained to me. All my questions were answered. I was prompted to look at some vehicles waiting in the parking lot for pick-up so that I could see the various window tints applied. I made an appointment for the following week on a day that fit my schedule. I was told then that I should plan to leave the car for 3-4 hours. When I arrived the following week for my appointment the shop was busy. I explained that I had a 9:30 appointment. I was told the car would be available by around 3:00 that afternoon. This is the only inconsistency that I experienced in the service. I had to leave the car longer than I had originally been told. When I picked up my car I was given instructions on how to care for the window film, and provided a warranty packet. The window tint was applied professionally and it looks nice on my vehicle.

I am very happy with Alta Mere. They are professional, friendly, timely, and they do a great job.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE JOB. THEY DID THE JOB THE SAME WAY THEY EXPLAINED IT TO ME. THEY DID THE JOB IN FIVE HOUR. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY PICKED UP EVERYTHING. MY HOUSE LOOKS GREAT.
